What do you like best about MSF Connect?

With the client portal, I can now work without interruptions. In this portal, clients can see the status of their service orders by entering the order number and verification code, which greatly facilitates tracking.

The electronic invoice connected to the SRI is also very useful; if you are from Ecuador, this helps a lot because you don't need another application: everything is there, in the same system.

Additionally, it is wonderful when a client accepts or rejects the estimate sent by the administrator, because that response is immediately reflected on the technician's panel. Thus, the technician knows whether they can start the repair or if they should not perform it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MSF Connect?

Automatic payment methods are missing. Currently, to pay for subscriptions, you cannot use a card; everything is done through transfer, PayPal, Binance, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MSF Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

MSF Connect is very comprehensive and solves many things for me that I would otherwise have to do manually.

It allows the entry of equipment, where all the information is recorded, including photos of the equipment that comes in.

The service orders are organized by technician and show the status of each one. Additionally, they include the history of those orders, and if you are an administrator, you have control over everything.

The client area is also very useful because it centralizes management. It includes the "Credit and Payments" section, where credits for clients are activated and payments are managed.

In the inventory area, you can add all types of items. Something I've noticed is that additional categories can be created, which allows the inventory to be used for different types of products and to take advantage of the catalog to sell them. Therefore, it's not necessary to have a technical service workshop: if you have another type of business and need a public catalog, MSF Connect can also help you with that.

As for security, I find it good because I can block access with 2-factor protection and with a PIN.

What I appreciate most about MSF Connect is its lightning-fast performance and modular architecture. Currently, the main downside is the lack of fully automated payment gateways for software subscriptions. While the platform supports manual payment methods (like Zelle, Binance, or local bank transfers), it requires manual verification and uploading receipts. Before, we had to use separate tools for inventory, customer management, invoicing, and technician tracking. MSF Connect brings almost every area of our business under one roof. The biggest benefit is the automation; from generating service orders to triggering real-time WhatsApp updates for clients, it handles the heavy lifting automatically.
