In this portal, clients can see the status of their service orders by entering the order number and verification code, which greatly facilitates tracking. The electronic invoice connected to the SRI is also very useful; if you are from Ecuador, this helps a lot because you don't need another application: everything is there, in the same system. Additionally, it is wonderful when a client accepts or rejects the estimate sent by the administrator, because that response is immediately reflected on the technician's panel. Thus, the technician knows whether they can start the repair or if they should not perform it.
