Ease of use, good UI, easy to learn, easy to understand statements for tenants and owners

Terrible auto mailing templates, terrible automations, alot of features locked behind additional paywalls.

collecting rent, managing properties, making statements, end of month financials

This program is extremely user-friendly. Its simplicity makes it easy to navigate, with everything clearly organized and easy to locate and use.

**What do you dislike about MRI Property Tree?**

Property Tree lacks certain features, such as a reminder to reinstate the management fee. It would be helpful if some fees could be automated more easily.

**What problems is MRI Property Tree solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not certain which features this product addresses. At the moment, I am not aware of any benefits it provides for me.
