Movcar is a fleet management platform for businesses managing 3 to 5,000+ vehicles. It consolidates the full fleet operations lifecycle — vehicle and document management, maintenance scheduling, fuel and expense tracking, driver assignments, tachograph compliance, claims management, and operational reporting — in a single EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant system. The platform is designed for SMB and mid-market operators that have outgrown spreadsheets but don't want the complexity or cost of enterprise telematics. Core capabilities include automated document-expiry reminders for insurance, technical inspection, and service records; 20+ vehicle categories; nine report types exportable to Excel; native tachograph compliance for EU-regulated fleets; and claims management with incident reporting. The Corporate-tier driver mobile app adds incident reporting, expense logging, route confirmation, mileage tracking, and e-signature vehicle handovers. Movcar's key differentiators are the lowest per-vehicle price in the category (from €0.40/vehicle/month), 26+ language support, EU data residency (AWS Frankfurt) with GDPR compliance by default, and no GPS hardware requirement. **What do you like best about Movcar?**

Easy to navigate, with all the important features included. I can access it on both mobile and desktop from anywhere, which is really convenient. Overall, it feels like great value for money.

**What do you dislike about Movcar?**

There is nothing in particular I can't point out. Transferring from excel to this app is such a good move that I have nothing to complain about

**What problems is Movcar solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complexity of operations and documents in our fleet. Problems with unpaid insurance or forgotten service dates. Time to keep everything organized has been limited almost to 0
