**What do you like best about Workforce Manager?**

Set up is super easy, add your people and then add training records.  I really like the roles feature so you can assign your people to a role and the matrix will be populated and immediately show any training gaps.
Storage of the trainin grecord within the system with easy access
Customer service is amazing, very friendly team who are always rrady to help and support you on your journey
Converting existing spreadsheets into the system was fully supported by the team for a stress free onboarding
Very reasonable pricing

**What do you dislike about Workforce Manager?**

Use of Training Courses titles & Requirements. I undserstand the need for this feature and its fairly easy to use once you understand it, but can add a level of complexity to an otherwise really simple & straight forward system.

**What problems is Workforce Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Actively tracking our peoples training requirements & training gaps allowing us to focus on the actual training rather than lots of admin

**What do you like best about Workforce Manager?**

Moralbox's strength is that it proactively ensures workforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. I don't have to worry about identifying skills gaps and expired certificates as it does it for me. This means we can focus on brewery operations and less on red tape and endless documentation!

**What do you dislike about Workforce Manager?**

There's nothing I don't like about it but we are looking forward to the release of the task assignment feature as this would further streamline things for us.

**What problems is Workforce Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moralbox minimises compliance risks by addressing health, safety, and licensing requirements. Its proactive approach to skills management enhances workforce proficiency, contributing to high-quality brewery operations.

**What do you like best about Workforce Manager?**

The team took our existing difficult to manage spreadsheet training matrix and imported it free of charge and got us up and running quickly. The customer service was exemplary. 
We now have better alerts and visibility when needed.

**What do you dislike about Workforce Manager?**

Nothing to suggest, I was orignally worried about the team needing trainined but it is very intuitive .

**What problems is Workforce Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have simple training management. 
No longer do we have uncontrolled spreadsheets across the network.  We enjoy having a proactive single source of truth.
