**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

Monster gives the perfect candidate what the client wants, and Time is valuable, saving time. Loads rather quickly and is somewhat customizable. The best part of eliminating cold calling is the hours held.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

After thinking, I only have one suggestion. Speeding up the time it takes to remove contacts from salesforce. Generally takes a day to update the data with the Salesforce integration, but this might be fixed already, so I don't have anything negative to say, and that's rare for a sales marketing professional.

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monster Connect is a beautiful Cloud-based sales ennoblement tool that assists sales-driven organizations like LeadJen with outbound prospecting, dynamic routing, and team dialing. to find a suitable candidate in less time.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

Dialing multiple people at the same time to increase connection rates. Time is valuable and this saves time. Loads rather quickly and is somewhat customizable.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

Some lacking functionality in certain areas. For instance, during one of my call sessions, I was not receiving a beep for connected calls. Also, the notes from MC reps are not always accurate. Takes some getting used to, but overall a great product.

**Recommendations to others considering MonsterConnect:**

All success within the platform starts with the lists you put into the system. Build quality lists and you will receive quality results.

Monster Connect allows me to connect with more people during my call sessions. More conversations will yield more success. Efficiency is increased due to the amount of outreach that can be done in such a short period.

takes the leg work out of prospecting by allowing reps to get right to the conversation without the grind of high volume dialing. maximize cold calling effectiveness with minimal effort

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

the dashboards and reporting is just OK. especially as a manager, it is difficult to view rep data stack ranked.  Also, the transition from the Monster Connect rep to the sales rep is somewhat abrupt and the voice recordings are not realistic

it's all about the lead lists! be strategic with your lists and see better results

The biggest problem being solved is time spent on prospecting calls. By making those calls and offering only actual conversations, reps are able to maximize cold call efforts. The benefits here are more conversations leading to more meetings with less time and energy needed

Takes nearly 100% of the pain out of dialing. You just sit on the line, and decision makers pick up. Helps you make the equivalent of 150 (ish) dials per hour. Very simple follow-up and organization process.

Nothing immediately comes to mind. This really is a slick tool.

Speeding up cold phone calling, so that it is actually cost-effective to set appointments this way for our business.

Great tool for small start up teams looking to scale through outbound cold calling. We wear multiple hats here and the ability to jam through 150+ calls in an hour time block is huge.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

There's not much downside to the tool besides cost. Definitely worth it if you have good clean data.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

Saves so much time when doing outbound sales calls. Instead of dialing or waiting on the phone while someone answers or gets you to the person you want to speak with, MonsterConnect does it all for you. Then when the target person connects on the phone, you're immediately connected to them. So basically, someone else makes the calls for you and gets you to the person. It's a huge time saver. You save so much time because you're only on the phone when the person you want to speak with is available. Also, if MonsterConnect gets the person's voicemail, you can pre-record a vm and it will automatically be left for you.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

Best used for somewhat qualified leads. You'll waste your time and money if you use MonsterConnect with bad leads or phone numbers.

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have good internal lists of leads, but have a small sales team and not the time to call them regularly. MonsterConnect allows us to keep an aggressive sales cadence so we keep business coming in.

The navigation of the user interface to pull in leads from our CRM is a bit clunky and not user-friendly. Once this is cleaned up, I believe it will be a top sales enablement tool on the market.

We see reps can make more dials per hour with this tool and connect more often, overall efficiency gain and operational improvement for us. Would highly recommend it.

Some support but self-onboarded with the tool had to tweak integration with HubSpot to work for us best.

The reliability of Monster Connect is AWESOME. The team set us up quickly and got us dialing the right way. The UI is fantastic compared to some of the other similar products that I have used. If you are looking to accelerate building pipeline you need Monster Connect.

I have no complaints. Monster Connect has been great and I have had no issues with the product or the support. BE AWARE, once you dial with Monster Connect you will never want to dialing the OLD WAY!

MC did exactly what they sell which is get you live conversations with decision makers or people you want to speak with. No need to waste time manually dialing.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

One issue is sometimes there is a lag on the transfer where the prospect has said hello 2-3 times before I am able to speak.

We wanted to have more conversations which I get in one hour than I would in a whole week sometimes. More conversations means more opportunities to book meetings.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

Monster Connect allows me to make hundreds of phone calls in the matter of minutes compared to manually dialing each contact. This allows me to still reach the contacts I had on my list to call for that day but spend my extra time towards other needs.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

The only thing I dislike on some days is the transition from the MonsterConnect dialer to me. There is a beep that lets me know that someone has answered on the other line and sometimes they have been saying "hello" for a couple of times before I hear them. Outside of that I think this is a wonderful tool and is very productive if used strategically.

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main benefit for me is the time that I am saving. Using MonsterConnect allows me to prospect longer to add more leads into my call list. It quickly helps weed out the incorrect people or if someone has left a company. All of those notes are taken by the MonsterConnect Agent that I am able to review after each call session.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

I am a big fan of how quickly you can get through calls on MonsterConnect. It makes it really easy to dial a bunch of numbers, upwards of 100 people, within 20 minutes or so. Typically it would take about 2-3 hours to dial that many contacts. Also - in that 100 prospects, typically I get connected with anywhere from 4-8 prospects in that time frame. It makes it really easy to get traction with accounts that are hard to get into, and get on the phone with decision makers quicker than usual.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

It takes quite a bit of time to actually get prospects into the right sequences / lists to actually contact through MonsterConnect. While it's definitely useful, it's hard to upload a mass list from SalesForce or Outreach because a lot of times contacts have changed companies, positions, or just aren't the right person to talk with. That being said, usually if it is the wrong person it's quite easy to get a referral to someone who may have more decision making power.

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're saving a ton of time on cold calls. Typically cold calls take the longest during prospecting, and were able to knock out all of them within minutes. We've seen an uptick in the amount of conversations we've had, however, were only 3 months into using the tool. That being said, we're hoping to see some deals come through that have been started through MonsterConnect.

I like being connected to prospects that I have been trying to connect with for many years.  They see a local area code calling which prompts them to answer the call.

The downside is being connected to people's voicemail or to the wrong person such as a receptionist...not the person I was intending to talk to.

Benefits of talking to more people in a day moreso than dialing on a phone.

Monster Connect does exactly what it is supposed to. We can you dial hundreds of leads a day, and fill our calendars with meetings. We are a startup and moving quickly matters. Monster Connect has helped us make that happen.

It is still lacking 2-3 features that competitors offer, which would make Monster Connect a 10 once implemented. While the price is right with Monster, some areas are still in development.

We are helping hospitals who are having a shortage in PPE procure these items faster than ever with Sapien. Monster Connect has helped us do this at a pace unheard of in the industry. We connect with more hospitals, more quickly, than anyone else in the market. Essentially doing good at 10x the normal pace.

I wish somehow the Salesloft page of the person who I'm connect with could open up.  The information in MC is great, but being able to immediately see my history in Salesloft itself upon beginning the conversation would be immesely helpful.

Monster is  easy to use and saves hours of time for me while prospecting. The process to get an appointment is easy. The callers really try to get the lead on the phone or find out if there is a replacement.

I like how you literally don't have to do anything besides wait for your call to be connected. You just schedule what time you want to hop on, log in and click go. I always do it for an hour a day and I make more "dials" on MonsterConnect than I would throughout the entire day calling if i was just doing it by hand. 

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

When you are being connected to the person, it beeps in your ear to let you know and the beep is pretty aggressive so I jump every time. There is also some user error when the people are transferring the call over to you so the connection/pass off will be awkward, but this doesn't happen often. 

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue we face with our SDR team is connect rates. We make 90-110 calls a day and only get connected to under 10 people so this completely eradicates that issue. It has helped us improve our connect rates in a much shorter amount of time.

I love the fact that the people we connect with know we are calling for a few minutes to talk and not just a quick cold call hang up.  This is in thanks to the support team prepping the prospects for the call and them doing a great job!

The only thing I can think of would be the sudden transfer with the beep to enter the conversation.  This just takes some getting used to in the process as a whole.

Make sure you are using it religiously.  This product will not pay benefits if you don't use it.  It is an amazing tool that will help you meet and exceed your goals.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

The user interface and reporting capabilities allow our sales team to operate very quickly with little operational oversight and troubleshooting day-to-day, both at the rep level and team manager level. The success team is extremely responsive and thoughtful in providing details for their investigations if we ever do throw a question their way or need to troubleshoot something. Cost-wise, MonsterConnect provides highly competitive pricing that matches the service delivered. 

Compared to other platforms, MonsterConnect provides an extra layer of transparency and customization that sets them apart. We can provide specialized instructions per scheduled call session to their dialing agents to give our prospect targets a highly relevant and personalized experience, ranging from simple requests like "introduce me with [x] title" to providing a more structured intro script for the agents to follow. Another top competitor we used prior to MonsterConnect did not allow for any interaction with the dialing agents, and we felt like we had very little control over call quality because of that. We have no such quality concerns with MonsterConnect. 

(Side note: we were always more interested in MonsterConnect when shopping for solutions, but they did not have all the integration functionality we required when we were initially investigating. They were up front about their product development initiatives during the sales process and implemented what they said they would, which is what brought us back around... always good to see software/platform providers holding true to their product improvement plans).

Overall, service is extremely agile and the platform itself has proven to be reliable over our ~2 months of use thus far. We integrate MonsterConnect with both Salesforce.com and HubSpot CRMs based on how we're dialing, and have had little difficulty ramping up on how to ensure those integrations are working the way we expect (used as sources for call list building, capturing sales call activities on prospect timelines on the CRM side).

Our business executes what we believe to be a significantly higher volume of outbound calling relative to other firms of our size, and MonsterConnect helps us execute that activity with little interference, if any. We're optimistic about partnering with MonsterConnect for a long time to come.

**What do you dislike about MonsterConnect?**

Our experience with onboarding may be atypical since we're a professional services firm executing sales activities for a number of independent organizations, but we did experience a slower onboarding time than expected; the sales process took a while to get through (towards the end of negotiations, surprisingly). That being said, we've had extremely fast turnaround times for additional account provisioning since our initial setup.

On a similar note, while the account success team at MonsterConnect is extremely responsive, our systems administrators would like the ability to be more self-sufficient in terms of adding new rep users to our existing accounts, performing updates to lead status mappings, and other settings adjustments. I've been informed by MonsterConnect that these updates are high on the product development priority list, however (transparency appreciated).

**Recommendations to others considering MonsterConnect:**

Perform your due diligence, but strongly consider MonsterConnect for the simple fact that reps require a lot less hand-holding to successfully engage with the platform. Build a strong relationship with your success manager, as they'll be your go-to person during your service engagement for pretty much everything.

**What problems is MonsterConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial mission was to contain our cost per dial by allowing reps to scale their dialing efforts. The methods that MonsterConnect provides allows that to be possible, reducing our cost per dial to about $1.75/dial (including other overhead for rep time, etc.) vs. what would be about $18/dial under manual dialing conditions. Based on our scaled programs, this has had a huge impact on our organization overall. Furthermore, we've earned time back for our reps to act more thoughtfully about segmenting and preparing their call lists, allowing us to enhance the product quality of our outsourced sales activity offerings, since more relevant, targeted dialing has made us more successful in earning qualified lead conversions. In short, MonsterConnect has been a game-changer... if we've nailed a productive sales process, there's no way we wouldn't include MonsterConnect as a part of our strategy for scaling.

**What do you like best about MonsterConnect?**

MonsterConnect makes around 100 dials on my behalf in an hour.  When they reach a decision maker on my behalf that decision maker only hears my voice. MonsterConnect is simply doing the work of the phone trees and gatekeepers.

When a call come in you hear a beep, and the connection is pretty fast.  Sometimes the decision maker hangs up before connection, but this is pretty rare.  In an average 1hr session 100 dials are made and I typically speak with

If your sales team is responsible for their own teleprospecting, than MonsterConnect is a no-brainer.  More dials per session are completed, and your reps can actually use the sales skills that you have already invested in them because they control the conversation - no some outside party.

I am able to execute my teleprospecting part of my business MUCH more efficiently.  Whether it's a first call, or a fifth call, MonsterConnect is the most efficient way to move through prospect list.

I love the fact that I can maximize my prospecting time - getting 12-15 conversations in an hour. Often times I'm scheduling 3 or more appointments in each session leaving me plenty of time to handle other items.

They only problem I've had is lack of integration with Hubspot. However, just found out that is being released soon!
