"Paperless Made Painless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The interface layout and customisability are top-notch. Being able to drag and drop different layouts for different boards and tailor them for specific purposes, whilst configuring templates for regular data entry, it all makes using the platform simple and seamless.

I'm also a fan of how the software links in to Teams meetings, using AI to record and summarise the discussion points, then being able to delegate which team members have access to that information. It makes keeping track of what has happened, when, with whom and what about a breeze.

I've not been personally involved with the Monday support team, but my colleagues have stated they're very fast and reliable, which is incredibly reassuring as customer support is an oft-underlooked part of a business that we take a great deal of pride in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Occasionally the speed at which pages load can be slow, but this is a consistent issue across many CRM platforms due to the sheer amount of data they need to index and manage. I'd love to see this improved so it can keep up with my blistering work pace! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Managing Project Timelines, Tracking and Deadlines"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday is very useful in creating project timelines, tracking and implementation. The UI/UX is very intuitive and easy. The integrations that Monday has with various products is helpful. Additionally, the corporate business plans have very fair pricing for the options that it offers. The AI options offer a lot of support to the work. It also is very easy to onboard new members into the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I think certain improvements could be brought about in the terms of the limited accessibility for different members of a board. The linkages between the various items could be thought of a bit better or be a bit decentralised so we can create our own linkages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use CRM Visibility with Superb Performance and Strong ROI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday is really easy to use and displays everything in a very easy format for quick reference overview of prospects, active pipeline management and won/lost opportunities.

There's great ability to hold all relevant data in a simple to manage format and the opportunity for multiple team members to update opportunity notes and attached files too.

All really clear and simple, giving that true single-source CRM visibility.

Pricing, for an SME is accessible and manageable, proving good value and is certainly driving a positive ROI.

Onboarding was simple and mostly delivered through in-built tutorials rather than the need for anybody specifically designated to us. I've never had the need to call on the support team.

Software performance has been superb. I've not had any problems at all within the 2 years of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

Honestly, not a lot! I guess we could always say that it could be cheaper - but then the product would possible be worse.

We only have a requirement for 2 seats, but have to buy the option for 3 to allow the 2nd seat - perhaps a single seat increment would be more beneficial for SME sized businesses? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Monday CRM Streamlined Our Jobs, Quoting, and Team Organisation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Since we have been introduced to Monday CRM it has been nothing but a massive help in organising jobs and teams.

For myself personally it has been a massive help with pricing / quoting of jobs increasing my overall work performance.

One other thing was the use of automated features making day to day activates even more efficient.

Support is always available to hand and ready to help with whatever issue there might be (Which in this case there has rarely been any) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

In total honesty there is not much from myself with regards to negative feedback of monday.

There are times where it can be bit slower navigating through different tabs however this is no fault of monday as it depends on how many different tabs and all other information is on there and the type of computer that is being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy setup with clear automation blocks that save time and simplify team training"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

It’s easy to connect and set up alongside other platforms, including integrating with Make.com. Having the automations broken into clear building blocks has saved me time on script writing, and it also makes it much easier to train other staff to use it, so I don’t have to maintain everything myself all the time.

I also find it helpful that I can connect it to active tasks elsewhere on monday.com from the management side, which keeps everything organized and nicely in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There are a few areas where I think improvement is needed.

Pricing is the biggest frustration. It’s annoying that, unless you get in touch, there’s no way to buy packages in anything other than intervals of five. So if you add one user who becomes the 11th, you end up paying for four more seats you’ll never use. Because budgets are tight, this has genuinely restricted who I allow to use the platform, since I can’t justify purchasing seats we won’t use.

Performance can also be sluggish on the more central boards, especially the ones with a lot of mirrored columns. It feels like this feature is only really supported in limited bursts, rather than being reliable for general boards that hold centralised information. If the UI can’t stay stable when boards are set up this way, then I think the feature needs a different approach.

Finally, the AI has been more annoying than helpful. I’m never clear on how many credits we have available, or how much each function is costing us. Most of the time, I’ve found I can manually build the automations the AI would create, so I’m not sure why I’d use it when I can do it myself fairly quickly for free. "Monday CRM’s Automation and Flexibility Are Streamlining Our Processes"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about monday CRM is its potential to streamline and automate so many of our business processes in one place. We're currently implementing the system with support from Moveo by Boost, and the flexibility of the platform has really stood out. The automation capabilities, reminders, dashboards and AI-powered features look like they will significantly reduce manual administration, improve visibility across the business and help our team work more efficiently. It feels like a modern, intuitive solution that can bring together sales, customer management and internal processes in a much smarter, quicker and more streamlined way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

As we're still in the implementation phase, it's difficult to identify any major drawbacks at this stage. If anything, the breadth of functionality and customisation options can feel a little overwhelming initially, and it takes some time to fully understand how to configure the system to get the best value from it. That said, with the support of our implementation partner, Moveo by Boost, we're finding that these complexities are being addressed quickly, and the flexibility appears to be one of the platform's biggest strengths in the long run. "Easy, All-in-One View That Simplifies Managing Clients and Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I really like how easy it is to see everything in one place and quickly understand what’s been done, what’s in progress, and what still needs attention. It makes it much easier to manage different clients and tasks, without the whole process feeling overly complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when there are lots of boards, updates, and automations running all at once. Some parts of the setup and customization also take a little time to get used to, and it can take a while to find the best way to tailor everything to how you work. "Modern, Intuitive Platform That Streamlines ISMS and ISO Compliance Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I like the modern, intuitive interface that makes organizing and navigating complex information straightforward without feeling clunky or overly rigid. For us it has worked well for our Information Security Management System (ISMS) for tracking ISO requirements, policies, and evidence in a structured, central location. The low-code, visual interface for creating automations simplifies setting up recurring tasks, status triggers, and notifications, keeping workflows running smoothly without manual overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The seat-tier pricing structure can feel expensive and restrictive for smaller teams. When you need to increase licenses, you have to do it as a bundle, so adding even just one more user can end up triggering a much larger cost than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Monday.com Boosted Our Marketing Efficiency with Easy Integrations and Great ROI"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Monday.com helps my marketing team and me stay on top of projects, communication timelines, and other marketing activities, which in turn supports our sales output. The support we have received has been extremely beneficial which in turn has increased efficiency in the team. We have integrated into Mailchimp and outlook with ease and utilize the AI agents to optimize further. The UI is extremely easy to navigate and helps us improve performance. ROI is absolutely amazing considering how much we use the system across our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

It can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming, mainly because there are so many different options for improvement. We probably need more support overall, but at the moment it does feel like we’re being supported enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A User-Friendly CRM for Organising Workflows and Managing Customer Relationships"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about Monday CRM is its user-friendly interface, organised workflows, and ability to track tasks, customer interactions, and progress in one place. It helps teams stay organised, manage client relationships, monitor performance, and collaborate more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One thing I dislike about monday CRM is that some features take time to understand, especially when setting up workflows and automations. The customisation options are useful, but they sometimes make the platform feel overwhelming for new users. I would also appreciate simpler navigation and more affordable access to advanced features.
