"Flexible, Integration-Rich Tool That Connects Seamlessly with Project Management"
4/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

Flexibility, connection with project management tools, integrations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One thing I don’t particularly like about Monday CRM is the pricing model based on additional users and functionalities. It can become quite expensive as you scale, especially when features that I would consider basic for a CRM are locked behind additional costs. For example, WhatsApp integration is something I would consider essential for a CRM today, but it requires an additional cost rather than being included as a basic feature.

I also find that Monday sometimes has bugs and some functionalities still feel incomplete.

Overall, I think the pricing structure could be more transparent and better aligned with the core functionalities a CRM should provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Task Management, But Needs Speed Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I find monday CRM very easy to use, which is perfect for beginners like me. The user interface is simple and everything is clearly explained, making it straightforward. What I love most about monday CRM is that it offers everything I need in one platform. I can adjust my tasks, manage finance, and track time without needing other software, saving me both money and time. The clocking feature is particularly valuable, as it helps track the progress of work and the time taken by developers, allowing us to allocate resources efficiently. Having all these features in one place is the best part for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

One thing I find a bit frustrating about monday CRM is that it's quite slow, especially when there's a lot of data to load. If I load a lot of main items, it takes a really long time to fetch everything, particularly when using filters. Sometimes, the system even freezes. It would be great if they could improve this by adding pagination instead of fetching all items at once, as it would make things run a lot smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean UI and Great Support, but API and Board Limits Still Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

The UI is clean and straightforward to navigate. Everything is roughly where you would expect it to be, so finding your way around did not take long. There is also a good range of connections available, which covered most of the tools we were already using. That meant we could fit it around our existing setup rather than rebuilding everything to suit it. The price is reasonable for what you get, and there were no surprises once we were set up. Support has been very good. The replies come back quickly and from people who have clearly read the question, which I do appreciate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The API is not the best at present, however it does seem to be improving quite quickly. There are gaps that catch you out when you are building against it, and you occasionally have to work around something rather than through it. That said, the pace of change has been noticeable, and the direction of travel looks right. The board limitations are also not great. You run into the ceilings sooner than you would like, and it does shape how you end up structuring things. From what I understand, improvements are in the pipeline, so I am hopeful this becomes less of an issue. Neither point has stopped us getting what we needed done, however both are worth being aware of going in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Flexible Monday CRM That Adapts to Our Processes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about monday CRM is how flexible it is. We have been able to build workflows around our actual processes rather than having to adapt our processes to fit the CRM. We use multiple connected boards to manage contacts, applications, member information and other stages of the customer journey, while integrating monday with WordPress and other systems through APIs and automation tools such as Make.com.

The ability to customise boards, statuses, columns and automations makes it useful for much more than a traditional sales CRM. It also gives our team and clients a clear view of where things are in a process without needing to understand everything happening behind the scenes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The main downside is that the flexibility can sometimes make things quite complex, particularly when you start building more advanced workflows or integrating monday CRM with other systems. There can be a learning curve around understanding how best to structure boards, relationships and automations, and it is worth planning this properly from the beginning.

We have also found that troubleshooting more advanced integrations can sometimes take a bit of work, particularly when APIs and third-party automation platforms are involved. That said, the flexibility you get in return generally outweighs the additional complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless CRM and Project Management Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I love how monday CRM provides a clear pipeline that's fully customized to my workflow, helping me stay on track and close new deals. The centralization of CRM and project management makes it very helpful, allowing projects to move directly into my project board as soon as a deal is closed. The integrations are fantastic, especially since I can automate follow-ups and keep track of projects even if my team uses different tools. The dashboards and easy project list keep everything organized and easy to filter. I've integrated it with my Gmail, allowing me to send emails directly from monday CRM. It's also quite simple to set up, especially because of the workflows, making it very easy to use. Overall, simplicity is a major advantage for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I think email sequences in monday CRM could use some improvement. It would be great if they could include an event date and be integrated directly with forms, so I wouldn't have to create a separate automation for managing the sequence. Having triggers based on answers and better segmentation options would also be useful. For example, being able to schedule a reminder to increase the number of attendants would be helpful. "Flexible and Customizable, But Needs Reliability Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I find monday CRM really helpful for managing our leads in a structured way. The flexibility and customization options are great, allowing me to tailor it to our needs, although I'm still learning some of its features. I also like how well it integrates with other apps and programs, like our phone system, making everything automated, like AI notes being added directly to the boards. Reporting is another strong point with monday CRM; I can track sales progress, new leads, and team performance effectively. Lastly, the automations save a lot of time for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

There are a few things that don't work well for me with monday CRM. There's a lot of downtime, which is really frustrating because sometimes the email might be disconnected or the boards aren't loading. Also, I wish there was a way to build in auto emails that trigger based on board movements or after certain periods. Unfortunately, we can only use plain text for email signatures, which isn’t effective for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"monday.com CRM Streamlines Our RCM with Easy Forms and Team-Wide Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I own a Revenue Cycle Management company. monday.com CRM helps me run my RCM smoothly for the following reasons: Form creation for my customers were easy to make and easy to edit when changes take place.

Follow up, following up insurance claims and having the whole team track them makes communication easy. And Mail & Activities... my very favorite! All messages to our customers from any one of my team is seen by the whole team, which cuts down on duplicate work and gets all of us on the same page! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I would love to see estimated down time, when there are issues with the site. This morning, for example, you got the site back up quickly, but the automations, which are key to our daily work, were still not working. I get that sites go down, that's not a biggie, monday.com rarely does, but letting your customer know approximate times, may allow us to perhaps do an impromptu staff meeting while waiting for things to work again. "Perfect for Managing Small Business Operations"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I really like the boards in monday CRM because I can create as many as I need and add a lot of tools to each board. I enjoy the new AI option too, which allows me to create and add calculations and ideas directly to the boards. This flexibility and capability make it really valuable for managing my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

I'm not sure yet, but I use a lot of ChatGPT. I'm not certain if there's a way to integrate it with monday CRM which would be great. Also, I think it would be helpful if there were a feature to easily add or copy-paste formulas or calculations into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Customizable monday CRM That Keeps Tasks Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

What I like best about monday CRM is how flexible and customizable it is. It allows us to build workflows around the way our team actually works, rather than forcing us into a fixed process. I also like having customer information, tasks, pipelines, and team workflows in one place, along with the ability to automate repetitive processes. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy for the team to stay organized and see what needs attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

What I dislike most about monday CRM is that some features can take time to set up and customize properly. With so many options and settings, it can feel a little overwhelming at first, especially for new users. Some reporting and automation capabilities could also be more straightforward and intuitive. "Comprehensive Solution with Minor Integration Hiccups"
4.5/5
What do you like best about monday CRM?

I really like how monday CRM lets me have everything I need in one place. It gives me a full snapshot of all the jobs we're working on, along with any quotes, necessary scheduling, and surveys. It's great that all the documentation is kept in one spot, which makes things super easy. The ability for my team to upload photos during their on-site tasks is a real time-saver, as it organizes before, during, and after pictures all within the app, ready for customer updates. Plus, the initial setup was fairly straightforward, needing only a day with some help to learn the ropes. Overall, having everything centralized in monday CRM makes managing our workflow much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about monday CRM?

The connectivity with QuickBooks is a bit of an issue for me as it would be great to easily link and drop all invoices into the CRM. Also, it's difficult to invite a team member to a board who doesn't have an email address, which is a bit of a downside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
