## About Momentum
Momentum is an Revenue Orchestration Platform that listens to your customer and prospect conversations, extracts key insights, and automatically takes action—communicating with your systems and teams in real time. Revenue teams today are drowning in conversations, but 99% of what’s said never makes it into a CRM. Insights get buried in call recordings, manual data entry is inconsistent, and teams operate in silos—leading to missed opportunities, bad handoffs, and slow deal cycles. Momentum fixes this by automating workflows and communication across teams. Our AI Agents analyze calls, emails, and meetings, then push the right information—product feedback, churn risk, competitor mentions, objections, and deal blockers—to the teams that need to know, exactly when they need to know it. No extra tools. No added complexity. Just seamless orchestration between Sales, RevOps, CS, and Product to move faster and win more. With pre-built workflows like automated deal desk approvals, Slack-based deal rooms, and real-time CRM updates, Momentum ensures your teams aren’t just capturing data—they’re acting on it.

## Momentum Reviews
  ### 1. Revolutionized Salesforce Integration with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Partner Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I really appreciate the flexibility of Momentum in writing objects to Salesforce, which has helped us have fully complete opportunity discovery and MEDDPICC fields, and capture vendor contract end dates effortlessly. Deal and account rooms have been a game changer for us, ensuring our deal teams stay aligned without needing to chase people down. I also LOVE working with the Momentum team; they really make the process smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, Momentum has effectively replaced our call recording needs since moving off Gong, and the initial setup was a breeze since we just provided Momentum with the fields we wanted to fill.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The user interface could use some improvement. They could also add more integrations.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum automates Salesforce field updates, increasing completion from 35% to 100% without manual effort and manages call recording after switching from Gong. It provides full context for deal decisions, and deal rooms keep teams aligned, eliminating the need to chase people down.

  ### 2. What a timesaver! A must-have tool for an AM or AE

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaisa S. | Account and Growth Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Life before Momentum: scribbling notes on a piece of paper during the call, missing a lot of information from prospects. Admin tasks after calls were time consuming, I had forgotten most of the calls by the EOD.
Life after Momentum: 100% focused on the prospect during the call, intros and demos are easy to execute as I can focus on the next steps without worrying if I lose any points. Momentum has completely transferred the way I work, and it actually has improved my win rates. It's a no-brainer!

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The only downside is some manual steps during a rescheduled meeting. Momentum needs to be invited back in as it only follows the original calendar bookings.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is helping me to track clients problems and their impacts more easily, like a secret shadower who's always listening. It has tremenduously helped me with the follow up emails as well, making them consise and customer friendly.

  ### 3. Best application for Call recording and AI Assist

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aswin K. | Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum is a game-changer for anyone who frequently uses Zoom for professional or personal calls. What I love most is how effortlessly it integrates into Zoom without disrupting the flow of the conversation. The real-time AI assistance provided by the app is incredibly valuable—it helps analyze the conversation as it happens, offering smart suggestions and contextual insights, which makes communication more efficient and effective. Whether it’s generating on-the-spot summaries, identifying actionable next steps, or even flagging critical moments for follow-up, Momentum adds a whole new level of productivity to virtual meetings. This seamless integration truly helps me stay organized and focused, saving both time and energy.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Introducing more customization options for note formatting or prioritizing action items could further enhance the app's functionality. These are minor areas for improvement that don't detract from the overall value and effectiveness Momentum offers.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum eliminates the hassle of manually taking notes during calls, a process that can often lead to missed details or incomplete records, especially during fast-paced conversations. Its ability to automatically generate clear, concise summaries ensures that nothing important slips through the cracks. Additionally, the app goes a step further by tracking tasks and identifying action items, helping me stay on top of follow-ups with precision and organization. Not only does this save me time, but it also boosts my productivity by removing the burden of post-call cleanup and providing well-structured insights that are ready for immediate use. Whether it's wrapping up meetings or managing next steps, Momentum streamlines the entire process, making it an invaluable tool for staying efficient and focused.

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Accurate Transcriptions
Actionable Insights
User-Friendly Interface
Smart Integration

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Learning Curve: Although the interface is generally user-friendly, new users might face a short learning curve to fully utilize advanced features and customize the app according to their needs.

Customization Limitations: Some users might feel that certain features or insights are not fully customizable to suit unique workflows or niche industry requirements.

Integration Concerns: While Momentum integrates with many tools, some users may experience challenges with compatibility or need additional help to connect it with legacy systems.

Dependence on AI Accuracy: Since it's AI-driven, the success of its insights and transcription relies heavily on the accuracy of the AI model, which could sometimes miss nuances like accents or dialects.

Offline Functionality: Momentum's AI features might have limited functionality when offline or in areas with poor internet connectivity.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. No-brainer if you’re serious about sales velocity and coaching at scale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marvin K. | Senior Director, GTM Execution, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

We just launched a new methodology and pivoted to a new persona, so without Momentum we’d be flying blind. Momentum removes friction across the sales process. We use it to automate deal updates, trigger workflows from Slack, and surface coaching moments straight from calls without adding admin work for reps. The Salesforce integration is clean and the real-time summaries help us move fast on complex, multi-threaded deals.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Right now it works best in English. Some of our team sells in other languages, and while the core functionality still helps, features like call summaries or keyword detection don’t always pick up the nuance in German or Finnish. Would love to see broader language support over time.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum solves the classic gap between insight and action. Before, we’d catch issues in pipeline reviews or post-mortems ... too late to fix anything. Now, we get deal signals in real time, can coach while deals are still winnable, and automate follow-ups without relying on reps to remember. Plus it makes our enablement efforts actually stick.

  ### 6. Fantastic solution for simplified sales coaching and actionable insights.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick P. | Operations Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

As we are rolling out a new sales methodology, Momentum leverages AI to help provide actionable coaching insights and meeting scores to measure how a sales rep's prospect conversations aligns with various competencies of the new sales methodology and across different stages in the qualification process. Momentum integrates beautifully with Gong and Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

So far I have not found any downsides. The Momentum team has served as a great partner as we continue to modify AI prompts and adjust competencies to better align with our business.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is providing real-time sales call feedback and coaching insights that helps identify potential skill gaps and coaching opportunities as we implement a new sales methodology. Automated prospect conversation insights for sales reps helps shorten the time it takes to fully implement and enable the new sales methodology and shortens the time it takes for reps to fully ramp on new sales processes. In return this will help reps find greater success faster and enable them to achieve quota and pipeline targets.

  ### 7. A Review of Momentum's AI and Feedback Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea P. | Product Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

What I love most about Momentum is definitely the AI toolset. The AI Signals workflow has been a total game-changer for us. It takes all the guesswork out of where we should focus our attention because it tells us exactly which product areas are getting the most feedback.

What's even better is how it all connects with the Cross-Functional Signal Routing. We've set it up so that the signals don't just find the feedback—they automatically go to the right people. So, for example, bug reports and feature requests go straight to our product team, which completely streamlines our workflow. It's incredible because it ensures the right teams get the right information without us having to manually sort through everything. We're so excited to expand this and use it for all our new betas.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The biggest area for improvement is the lack of integrations and flexibility with our existing feedback tools. It's difficult to get some of our feedback data out of the platform without having to rely on an API. It would be a huge help if there were more out-of-the-box integrations that allowed for a more seamless and flexible setup. Even having a Zapier integration would be huge.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Momentum solved for us was the messy, manual process of managing post-call feedback. Before, we were using Chorus, and it just wasn't cutting it—it was hard to actually act on all the feedback we were getting.

Momentum completely changed that. Its AI Signals workflow is a game-changer because it takes all the guesswork out of finding feedback. The AI tells us exactly which product areas are being discussed in calls, so we get clear insights without having to manually review every single conversation.

What's even better is the Cross-Functional Signal Routing. It makes sure the right feedback gets to the right people automatically. For example, bug reports and feature requests go straight to our product team. This has massively streamlined our workflow, ensuring that nothing gets lost and that we can act on feedback much faster. It's a huge win for efficiency and keeps our teams aligned and focused on what our customers care about most.

  ### 8. Great for recording and providing Feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael L. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

What I like best about Momentum is how it transforms everyday customer interactions into real‑time, actionable insights without extra effort. With deep integration into tools like Slack and Salesforce, it automates deal updates, call summaries, and pipeline risk alerts, so I can stay focused on closing deals rather than chasing data

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

There can sometimes be inconsistencies when joining calls. Additionally, the consent page doesn’t always display correctly on smartphones, making it harder for participants to proceed smoothly. Addressing these issues would make the experience much more seamless

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is solving the problem of keeping our sales process efficient and consistent by automating CRM updates, summarizing calls, and surfacing real‑time deal insights. This saves me several hours each week that I would otherwise spend on manual data entry, and ensures our pipeline is always accurate. It also helps me stay on top of potential risks and next steps directly within Slack, so I can focus more on building relationships and closing deals instead of chasing information.

  ### 9. Momentun, Great Summarizer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David C. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

It does a great job of summarizing my Google Meetings, touching on the core topics that were set up by our rev ops team.

Once the summary is complete, we receive a Slack message which is great for quick searches. We do not have to keep the app open to locate past meeting summaries.

On top of the core topics, we also receive Data Insights that will vary from call to call such as: Company infographics, Data Process, Lead Identificatioin, Marketing Process, etc.. It does a great job of analyzing the meeting and providing this semantic data.

The follow up emails are also very thorough. It adds a personalized touch, not some generic response.

You can download the video, share the video, download the transcript

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

It records as soon as you allow it into the meeting. It would be great if it would automatically edit out the part of the meeting spent waiting on the customer to arrive.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum helps me lots of manual work by automatically recording and summarizing my Google Meet calls with customers. As a Customer Success Manager at Dealfront, I use it to generate clear summaries with next steps after each meeting, which are automatically shared via email and Slack. This helps me ensure no follow-up falls through the cracks. The summaries are easy to copy into Totango, making it simple to keep our customer records up to date. Overall, Momentum helps me stay organized, responsive, and focused on delivering value.

  ### 10. Momentum Saves Us Time & Provides Amazing AI-Generated Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch O. | Senior GTM Systems Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

The Retropilot feature is absolutely incredible - we use it to fill in fields to help with pre and post-sales handoff fields. It allows us to be hyper-specific with our prompts and saves us a tremendous amount of time. We use it for nearly all high-value Opportunities which enables robust details. It's super intuitive and easy to set up. If you have any issues their Support has been fantastic. Integration was a breeze, as well.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

I know they are working on this, but Retropilot did not work for Custom Objects and you have to manually rebuild each one per field. I would love if there was more ability to Clone to help save admins time.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is helping us easily create workflows and notifications, as well as scheduling salesforce reports via Slack. Many features that are mismatched across other tools but consolidated into an easy-to-use UI, saving admins time and energy. It's saving our reps time in filling in fields and improving the output within many of our long/rich text fields.

  ### 11. A sleeper!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Russell L. | Business Development, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

After making the transition from industry giants like Gong, Outreach, etc. - I found Momentum super easy from the get go. Integration is seamless, filters to search for exactly what you want - and promoting collaboration across the board. I found it easier to adjust to than I was expecting - and now use it in my personal development to conduct call review and coaching. The customer support has been fantastic so far - getting to work closely with some members of the team to apply changes when they come up. I use it every day in my work and will continue to do so based on how easy it was to implement in our practice.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

I have experienced some slight hiccups with travel time from live calls to when they're updated as a recording - and the only feature I'd add is where you can see a call loading/in progress before it's uploaded.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call review - making notes, keeping a transcript, and ensuring everything is organized

  ### 12. Momentum has become essential to how our GTM team operate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filippo L. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum fits naturally into our existing workflow — especially in Slack, where most of our team collaboration happens. The real magic is in how it automates the busywork: surfacing key updates, and nudging reps to follow up, all without needing to open another tool.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that it occasionally produces hallucinations or misinterprets what was said during the call. That said, overall the accuracy is quite good, and it’s been a helpful tool.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a GTM organization, we follow the ACE framework (Appreciate, Confirm, End goal) to structure our customer calls consistently. Momentum has been instrumental in supporting that approach — it automatically analyzes our calls and helps us confirm whether the ACE structure was followed.

Beyond that, the smart summaries and follow-up emails it generates are incredibly accurate — often requiring just minor edits before sending. That alone saves our team hours of admin work every week.

What really makes a difference is the visibility it gives to the broader organization. Teams across Sales, CS, SE can stay aligned on customer interactions without needing to sit in on every call. It drives consistency, clarity, and better execution at scale.

  ### 13. Momentum for SFDC Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janine B. | Inside Sales, Enablement and Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I appreciate the interoperability with Slack and SFDC. Overall, the platform is very intuitive. I use it a few times a month, and without any formal training, I was able to learn how to develop new automations on my own. From my experience, Momentum is an excellent tool for my use cases, which include Opportunity generation automations within SFDC and Slack notifications tied to Leads/Contacts, Opportunities, and Campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Having used the platform for over a year, I notice some bugs in certain automations where the platform is not correctly triggered for some fields. Also, there are limitations on the number of filters and fields for each triggered automation, which can be frustrating, as I may need two or three rule sets for the same activation.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is driving notification automations within our Slack instance, leveraging Salesforce data. As well, we arrange certain automations for our existing customer business.

  ### 14. The AI-Powered Visibility Layer Every GTM Team Needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura R. | Head of Revenue Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum.io has fundamentally improved how we operate as a Slack-driven organization.

Its AI-powered features give us deep visibility into deals, customer conversations, and team activity — without needing to chase updates or sit through endless syncs. Everything important surfaces automatically in Slack, keeping the right people aligned in real time.

What makes Momentum stand out is how seamlessly it fits into our existing workflows. Instead of adding more tools or complexity, it enhances how we already work. Product, Sales, and CS all benefit from the contextual insights it delivers — whether it’s highlights from calls, risk signals, or key decision-maker intel.

Momentum isn’t just another sales tool — it’s a true collaboration layer powered by smart automation. It brings clarity, speed, and focus across the go-to-market org. If you're operating in Slack and want better visibility without the noise, Momentum.io is a must-have.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

After +3 years of using Momentum across both my former and current companies, it’s consistently proven its value. The platform is easy to use and delivers real-time insights that truly support how modern teams work — especially in Slack. It’s one of the few tools I’ve made sure to bring with me because it’s not only effective, it’s also very cost-efficient. Momentum delivers way more value than it costs — it’s a no-brainer investment.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is solving the visibility and alignment challenges that so many fast-moving teams struggle with.

By automatically capturing and summarizing call recordings, it ensures that key details and customer signals don’t get lost. The Slack integration is a standout — we get timely, relevant updates that fit naturally into our workflow, keeping the whole team on the same page without creating noise.

From a sales productivity standpoint, it removes a ton of manual work — reps spend less time on admin and more time engaging with customers. It also gives leadership real-time insight into deal progress and pipeline health, improving team visibility across the board.

And on the product side, Momentum makes it easy to spot and share trends from customer conversations. That feedback loop is now fast, actionable, and directly connected to what we’re hearing in the field.

Overall, Momentum brings the right information to the right people at the right time.

  ### 15. Game-Changer for Our RevOps Stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy C. | Salesforce Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

We’ve been using Momentum (momentum.io) for a little while now, and honestly, it’s been a huge win for our go-to-market team.

It just works where we already live. The Slack integration is a standout—it feels like Momentum meets us where we are instead of pulling us into yet another tool. Deal updates, reminders, even nudges to follow up—it all flows right into our existing workflow. It’s subtle, but makes a real difference in keeping momentum (pun intended) on deals.

Salesforce hygiene basically takes care of itself now. Our reps don’t have to remember to log every note or update fields after a call. Momentum just pulls in details from Zoom, Google Meet, or Gong and syncs it all to the CRM. Our pipeline accuracy has gone way up without extra effort.

AI Signals and coaching have been surprisingly helpful. The AI picks up on risks or red flags from conversations and pushes them to the surface in real time. That visibility helps our managers support reps proactively, without needing to micromanage.

Setup support was solid. Getting the workflows going took some thought upfront, but their team was great at walking us through best practices and helping us unlock quick wins early.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

We did spend a bit of time getting it tailored to our process. If you’re a smaller team without RevOps muscle, there might be a learning curve at first.

Also, while it’s packed with value, the pricing might feel steep if you’re early-stage or not using Slack/Salesforce. That said, once you see the time savings and forecasting clarity, it starts to pay for itself pretty quickly.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Messy, Outdated CRM Data
The Problem: Reps forget to update Salesforce—or they just don’t have time. Important details from calls, emails, or Slack convos go missing, which messes with forecasting and handoffs.

How Momentum Helps: It automatically logs activity, updates fields, and keeps deal stages in sync based on actual conversations. No more “Did they actually send that proposal?” mystery.

The Benefit: Our CRM finally reflects reality. That gives leadership confidence in the pipeline and frees up reps to sell instead of play admin.

2. Disconnected Tools and Teams
The Problem: Data lives in 10 different systems. Slack, Zoom, Salesforce, Google Meet, Gong… nothing talks to each other well.

How Momentum Helps: It stitches everything together. Triggers in Zoom call summaries can update Salesforce. Slack threads turn into tasks. Everything feels connected.

The Benefit: We spend less time stitching tools together and more time actually selling. It’s like having a smart RevOps assistant behind the scenes.

  ### 16. Better Summaries Through Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gab L. | RevOps Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum's platform features a full suite of powerful tools for automating parts of your workflow, the most important involving the ability to provide targeted summaries of our data with very fine granular control of the output. We've set up reoccurring Slack messages to keep us updated on various aspects of the business.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

To be completely honest, it isn't the easiest tool to deploy out of the box. It's a very complicated product that has required constant communication with their support team, but they are very responsive, so it's worth the trouble.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It actually allows us to custom build what we're looking for when sifting through our data, which cuts back on many hours of manual searching to give us measurable statistics and actionable advice for our reps. It's also been useful for building out the TAM for our ICP.

  ### 17. A powerful tool for sales operations with great potential

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stella S. | RevOps Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

The best part about Momentum is how it integrates seamlessly into our existing workflows, especially within Slack. It helps automate tasks like follow-ups, pipeline updates, and even onboarding sequences. The templates and triggers save a lot of manual work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Customer support has also been quick and helpful when needed.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Some features still feel a bit early-stage or limited. For example, reporting capabilities and analytics are not as robust as we’d like, and sometimes workflows require more testing and back-and-forth before they work as intended. Initial setup can also be a bit technical if you don’t have clear documentation.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is solving the problem of manual, inconsistent sales processes by automating repetitive tasks and bringing structure to our workflows. It helps to get sales insights, pipeline hygiene, and CRM updates.

  ### 18. A great tool to quickly recap the insights your prospect shared

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Montse M. | AE LATAM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I love the transcript feature — I can jump straight to the exact moment when the prospect is sharing key details like numbers, dates, or specific info. Another great insight is that Momentum shows you the average talk time between you and your prospect, which is super helpful for sales teams to stay aware of how much they’re actually listening.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

In around 10% of meetings, the join button doesn’t work — either the client doesn’t recognize Momentum or they just don’t know how to join the Google Meet.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum saves me from having to ask my prospect the same stuff again and again. I can rewatch the call anytime to review next steps, go over what we talked about, and be more accurate when putting together the pricing proposal.

  ### 19. Streamlining SalesOps: A Director’s Two-Year Experience with Momentum.io

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yesenia M. | Director of Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

As a Director of Sales Operations, what I appreciate most about Momentum is how seamlessly it bridges the gap between our CRM data and actionable insights for the sales team. Over the past two years, the closed-lost and closed-won analysis feature of RetroPilot has been invaluable, and the support I’ve received has been outstanding. Specifically:

Real-Time Pipeline Visibility
Seamless Integration & Minimal Maintenance
Actionable Coaching Insights

In short, Momentum has become the backbone of our sales planning process.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

After two years of using Momentum.io, I genuinely can’t find anything I dislike about the platform. It has consistently delivered reliable, real-time insights without fail, and the intuitive interface has made our workflows smoother every step of the way. Momentum.io has become such an integral part of our sales operations that it feels more like a trusted partner than just a tool.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum tackles several core SalesOps challenges and delivers tangible benefits:

Inconsistent and Incomplete CRM Data:
Momentum’s automations capture deal-related activities and flag data quality issues in real time. As a result, I spend far less time cleaning Salesforce, and our pipeline metrics are always reliable.

Lack of Real-Time Pipeline Visibility:
By surfacing a live view of every opportunity—stage duration, deal momentum, and risk signals—I can immediately identify stalled deals, coach reps proactively, and improve forecast accuracy.

Limited Coaching Insights at the Deal Level:
Momentum highlights individual deals stuck in a stage too long or lacking recent activity, while RetroPilot surfaces conversation insights (e.g., call sentiment, objection trends). This lets me run targeted coaching sessions that shorten deal cycles and boost win rates.

Integration Headaches and Ongoing Maintenance:
With Momentum’s native Salesforce integration adapting automatically to schema changes, I’ve virtually eliminated manual scripts and IT dependencies. Even custom object rollouts sync seamlessly, freeing me to focus on strategy rather than firefighting.

Win/Loss Analysis Gaps:
RetroPilot’s closed-won/closed-lost analysis captures deal attributes and competitor data to reveal why we win or lose.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum has become essential to our workflow in GTM. Our initial use case was automating Call Summaries and filling out CRM fields, but we have expanded to so much more than that! From nailing our initial use case, to growing with us and launching bespoke features that are now live, Momentum is well integrated into our tech stack.

Coaching at scale, AI signals to enable best practices, More Signals to help product learn about Customer Sentiment, EVEN MORE Signals to help marketing and sales hone in on pain points.

The leadership team is a fantastic partners to collaborate with! While the team is still growing, they are MIGHTY. We have thrown a lot at the team in terms of bugs and feature requests, and Momentum keeps nailing them!

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

As Momentum is still a growing company, there are some growing pains as it relates to stability and features (but the team is working hard to remedy that).

The AI can also hallucinate if not given clear instructions,

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coaching at Scale, Executive Summaries, Cross Functional Product Insights, Customer Sentiment, Feature Adoption, Training Adoption.

  ### 23. Momentum is a must-have in any modern RevOps tech stack.

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

It’s rapidly gaining popularity across multiple departments in our organization due to its wide range of practical use cases. The standout features are Summaries and Salesforce Notifications — getting real-time alerts has been a game changer. It enables us to take immediate action when something needs attention or celebrate wins as they happen.

As an admin, I find the interface intuitive with minimal setup required for end users. The customer service team is exceptional — highly responsive, proactive, and open to feedback. It’s been a strong partnership both in terms of product capability and support.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Some features can occasionally be buggy, but their support team always steps in quickly to address issues.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum has become an essential part of our RevOps toolkit, helping us streamline workflows, surface real-time insights, and drive cross-functional alignment. Features like real-time Salesforce notifications and automated call summaries allow us to act on key signals instantly—whether it’s mitigating risk, accelerating deals, or celebrating wins. For RevOps, this means fewer manual tasks, better data hygiene, and faster feedback loops across Sales, CS, and Enablement.

  ### 24. AI Intelligence for calls within your work environment (Slack)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I like how easy Momentum is to interact with in Slack and how accurate the recaps are for me and my team. We have the recaps read directly into account channels in Slack which makes it easy for everyone to stay on the same page. Momentum's ability to allow anyone in the channel to query the call and ask questions about the call also makes it easier for me as a sales leader to stay on task and not have to answer the same question over and over again and also makes it easier for execs to come in with helpful insights and suggestions versus having to focus on inspection. I also love how Momentum can automatically fill in fields for Salesforce such as risks, updates, authority, metrics, competitors, etc. This has saved my team hours of manual admin tasks within the first 2 months already. Momentum is incredibly easy to set-up and use and is easy to set-up on autopilot from a content capture standpoint while also being easy for users and execs alike to leverage it within Slack to get the answers they need.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

There is not much to dislike about Momentum, but at the moment, Momentum lacks the ability to incorporate forecast data to visually help me understand where to prioritize my time which I've become accustomed to in other call intelligence tools. That in mind, Momentum is doing a great job at delivering accuracy and writing information back to Salesforce, so imagine my team and I can now better leverage Salesforce data for forecasting given that the data is coming directly from our calls.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is saving out GTM team weeks worth of admin tasks each month by automating the capture of key information from calls and writing it directly to Salesforce. This allows our reps to focus on stronger follow-ups and action items and allows our execs to have cleaner, more accurate data that they're able to query to get the answers they're looking for without having to bug our reps. Momentum also helps with data accuracy which is shaping up to be much more helpful for forecasting purposes.

  ### 25. A solid alternative to Gong/Clari and other big players

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

As of now, Momentum has the basic functionality of a revenue intelligence platform (call summaries, suggested actions/tasks) while also being lean enough to provide tailored customer support. More specifically, they've been super proactive in scheduling bi-weekly syncs with our team to provide admin support with literally anything (prompt building, settings config, creating deal rooms, setting up slack notifications, autopilot config, etc.)

There are niche use cases for our business that Momentum does not yet solve for, but their product team is constantly ingesting feedback (i.e. via monthly "Admin Calls") and iterating on/presenting features that customers are asking for. As someone that's become accustomed to purchasing from vendors that develop features you don't need or care about, Momentum does a great job of directing their efforts towards things their customers truly want.

In addition to this, the prompt library Momentum provides has been a great resource for us to create autopilots quickly since we don't have to start from a blank page.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

We've ran into some bugs with provisioning new users, and other small issues in the UI. I think this may be, in part, related to how quickly updates are being pushed to the Momentum platform.

However, these are typically solved via a quick support email.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A unique business problem that initially attracted us to Momentum is it's ability to suggest actions and push updates to Salesforce based on call summaries and other autopilots. This is not typically available in revenue intelligence platforms, since their AI functionality can summarize calls and answer questions, but can't typically translate this data outside of the platform. This eliminates a significant portion of admin work (i.e. data entry) for our sales reps so they can spend more time doing higher-value activities, but also maintains data cleanliness/completeness for me as a Revenue Operations Specialist.

  ### 26. Unmatched Support + Impactful Automation = Big Win for Sales + Marketing + RevOps Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

As a PMM focused on win/loss analysis and go-to-market strategy, Momentum AI has been incredibly valuable right out of the gate. The implementation experience has been seamless—shoutout to our rep, Jes, who has been nothing short of phenomenal: collaborative, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the tool. The automated deal summaries are a huge win, providing structured insights that help inform everything from messaging refinement to sales enablement and CRM hygiene. It’s also surprisingly intuitive to use—even for someone not embedded in data or engineering—which makes it easier to prototype and validate use cases quickly. We're early in our rollout, but it’s clear there’s a lot of potential to scale this across teams and systems. I’ve been impressed with the partnership mindset and how the platform is already helping accelerate strategic feedback loops across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

From a PMM lens, particularly when it comes to structuring win/loss data, there are a couple of limitations. I’d love to see more templatized prompting options for deal analysis—right now it takes a bit more customization and iteration to get exactly what we need for standardized reporting. A native dashboard for tracking and slicing insights over time would also be a great add, especially for those of us trying to democratize access to qualitative trends across GTM stakeholders. We can bridge the gap with internal support, but having those features built in would elevate the experience even further. Still, Momentum shows strong momentum (no pun intended) and I’m confident these refinements are on the horizon.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me specifically as a PMM, I'm using Momentum for win/loss reporting and analysis at the deal-level, helping us clean up our CRM data and provide more accurate, objective information about why we win/lose deals or about opportunities in general. We're also using it for competative intelligence and collecting infromation on our differentiators, as well as foundational information like where they're coming from, which product(s) they're interested in, etc. (which will help us understand product-market-fit better). This will also help us speed up workflows for our folks in Sales, where they have to enter less info. and instead can focus on closing out deals faster.

  ### 27. Good call recording and rep analysis tool

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abe P. | US Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

What I like best about Momentum is how it elevates the way my sales team executes across the entire deal cycle. It’s not just about tracking deals—it’s about creating alignment, uncovering risks early, and driving proactive collaboration between AEs, sales leadership, and revenue operations. The insights Momentum surfaces on deal health and next steps have significantly improved our forecasting accuracy and ability to coach in real-time. I also love how it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce and our existing tools, giving us a single source of truth without adding extra admin work.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The main issues I’ve experienced with Momentum are around reliability and UX. The bot doesn’t always join calls as expected, which creates uncertainty for the reps and can result in missed insights. The UI can feel clunky at times, especially when navigating longer threads or trying to access key information quickly. Also, the AI-generated responses can be overly long, which makes it harder to pull out the most actionable takeaways. These aren’t dealbreakers, but they do impact the overall efficiency.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is solving the alignment and visibility gaps that naturally emerge in complex sales cycles. It gives me and my team a clear view into deal health without relying on constant manual updates. We get early signals on risk, track multi-threading progress, and ensure that every deal has clear next steps and mutual action plans. It’s also been a game changer for coaching—because everything from call notes to Salesforce fields is synced automatically, I can step in with context and precision. Ultimately, it’s helped us run a tighter, more predictable sales process with less overhead.

  ### 28. Sales Leader Using Momentum

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Account Executive Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum has continuously improved both their product and the level of support they provide on the back end. Their team is easy to work with, responsive, and open to feedback. As they’ve grown, they’ve consistently taken our input and used it to enhance the platform. The product itself is also straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to adopt and use effectively.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Momentum can often have technical issues such as causing meetings to lag, not joining or working their back end user interface to pull calls can lag.

I really hope this improves as well as they get key features such as live listening

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Replacement for Gong. Coaching purposes.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Nothing, it has been great so far! I think having more details in the summary and key points could also be useful.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum.io is the software we use for joining/transcribing meetings

  ### 30. Great experience and easy to use!

Momentum is very helpful in following meeting! It is great when employees cant attend meetings & to get caught up on key insights during longer meetings

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Nothing much - good system - sometimes doesnt join Google Meets meetings but this is only sometimes

  ### 31. Momentum - Useful tool for SaaS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

The daily focus feature is simple but surprisingly effective, and the calming visuals and quotes create a nice start to my day. I also really like the to-do integration—it keeps my tasks in front of me without needing to open another app. It’s a great little boost for productivity when I’m working on my own.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The biggest one for us has been the Salesforce integration—specifically, it's creating a lot of flows on the Opportunity object, which is causing frequent Apex CPU limit errors. This has impacted performance and required extra work on our end to troubleshoot and manage. While Momentum offers useful functionality, the backend impact on Salesforce could definitely be optimized to make it more scalable for larger orgs.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum helps solve the problem of scattered focus and lack of visibility into daily priorities—especially for our Salesforce users. By surfacing key tasks, opportunities, and goals right on their dashboard, it keeps the team aligned and reduces the need to jump between tools. As both the Salesforce and Momentum admin, I’ve seen how it supports better time management and reduces mental clutter. It also creates a more intentional start to the day, which benefits both productivity and team morale. Despite some integration challenges, it’s added real value to how our team works.

  ### 32. AE Momentum User - Have used for 3-4mo

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Accurate action items and great summaries included in emails

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

We are using Momentum to complete SPICED sales methodology sections - the content in each section are not always the most helpful. Also objections sometimes capture objections that are handled positively or objections to a current software they are switching from/other competitors they are looking at

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

time and accuracy of manual note taking during sales calls and demos; lack of ability to pay attention to prospect b/c of worrying about capturing what was said; time spent completing salesforce record updates on opps (SPICED methodology sections); time spent completing recap/summary emails quickly after meetings

  ### 33. Streamlined workflow with minor limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pavila S. | Business Support Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum makes organizing tasks and managing workflows incredibly easy. Its intuitive interface and user-friendly design minimize the learning curve for new users. The integration capabilities are robust, connecting seamlessly with other tools we use, which saves time and reduces manual effort. The feature set is versatile, and the customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we've needed it.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

While Momentum is effective for most tasks, some advanced customization options feel limited compared to competitors. There are occasional bugs during integration with third-party apps, which can lead to short downtimes. Additionally, the frequency of software updates sometimes introduces unexpected changes that require additional adjustment from the team.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum helps us streamline workflow management, making task delegation and progress tracking much easier. This improves our team's efficiency and ensures deadlines are consistently met.

  ### 34. Momentum is a very useful tool and goes across my google calender and zoom and salesforce

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tarun Kumar D. | SalesForce Business Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

The best part is the way it understands and gives the captions..The native language too is a big plus in calls... And now Momentum is able to update the imporant fields in opportunities from the captured info from the zoom calls which is the best part for me

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Nothing for now as the team is constantly updating the points

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For captuting sensitive and important information said in calls and updating it in opportunities in salesforce..This way the manual step done by the sales reps are reduced and beneficial

  ### 35. Solid addition to the GTM workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vir S. | Account manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

It automates some of the administrative work for account management and sales teams, specifically the hand off between teams. That means less time going back and forth and a smoother customer experience. No real issues so far - our 1200 person org is continuing to use it more with generally positive feedback.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Nothing comes to mind at the moment - the Slack integration is smooth, and required fields are made easy to fill out.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent communicating between teams (presales, csm, post sales) is saved.

  ### 36. Easy way to leverage the data in call recordings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freddy D. | Head of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Automatically pushing data to CRM, being able to leverage recording data to draft emails, understand gaps in deals, and prepare for calls. We have so much data on our calls and have struggled to use it effectively, and Momentum helps push us in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Depending on how you prompt it you can get drastically different answers. Sometimes summaries are inaccurate, typical of other AI solutions.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rep time entering data in SFDC, rep time with follow up emails, poor data in SFDC

  ### 37. Momentum - The product & the team are both great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

The value Momentum brings to our end users is incredible. The AI-powered call summaries automatically capture key points and write meaningful notes directly into our Salesforce CRM, which saves time for our reps. Our CRM hygiene stays clean and detailed without the manual effort. The platform also helps us draft follow-up emails, have an AI assistant for any post call clarifications etc., which are great. What's even better is non customer facing teams who still need customer insights can now get deep customer insights across support, sales because Momentum is listening to these calls on their behalf and can summarize information across thousands of calls. It also integrates well with your systems. Users use it a lot and find value in it.

What really sets Momentum apart is their team. They're genuinely customer-centric and take the time to understand your internal processes and workflows and align Momentum to fit perfectly with our business needs. The team has been fantastic partners.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The product occasionally has some hiccups - nothing major, but there are times when we notice small glitches or things that don't work as smoothly as expected. I think this is likely growing pains as they're scaling rapidly, and better testing and deployment processes would help catch these issues earlier. Also, as they continue to grow fast, I'd love to see their support function mature alongside the business to handle the increased demand more effectively.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Momentum is tackling key challenges for us. First, CRM hygiene - keeping our Salesforce data clean and up-to-date without requiring manual data entry from reps. Second, it's a time-saver for call notes and email drafts, which frees up our team to focus on actual selling. Third, we're getting customer insights that span across different teams - not just sales, but support and other customer-facing & non customer facing groups too.

  ### 38. This has been one of the most valuable additions to our sales tech stack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael L. | Member, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce and Slack, streamlining workflows, supporting the sales team daily, and providing leadership with valuable analytics and insights into our conversations.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

One limitation is the absence of real-time support during calls, such as guidance tools, battle cards, or checklists to help reps while they’re speaking with customers.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It supports us by recording, transcribing, and analyzing sales calls, and automatically populating the relevant fields in Salesforce based on our sales methodology. It also notifies both reps and managers when key events occur during a conversation, ensuring everyone stays informed. It is also great for the analysis of bulk conversation data to learn and improve our conversations and workflows

One of its core strengths is native Slack functionality. Teams can take actions (e.g., update pipeline status, tag stakeholders, schedule tasks) directly from Slack threads, making the sales cycle more efficient.

Momentum is very helpful as a sales rep. It breaks down all of my calls and integrates the notes into salesforce. Its great when I need to go back and reference a specific point in the call.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Sometimes the call notes are inaccurate, but if you tell momentum, it adjusts and learns from it.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It transfers our call notes into slack and salesforce for review and breaks them down by situation, impact and need.

It allows me to focus on the conversation, instead of taking my attention away by writing down notes

Momentum is great in summarizing my sales calls and providing me with action items, outstanding questions, and notes.

It additionally provides talk tracks and talk time to ensure there is a fine balance of participation amongst client and provider.

The UI is very clean and easy to navigate. I can easily find my calls or team members call for review and learnings.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Momentum has been nothing short of exceptional! I have yet to run into any issues with the platform. It has been great!

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Summarizing and note taking. It helps me be more present on my calls rather than writing notes down or losing details.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin K. | Head of Strategy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

- Great at listening in in multiple languages
- Good at transcribing overall content + coming up with specific suggestions
-

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

- it shows a large "recording" video that looks super menacing
- for calls that start on time, it joins late (it joins 30 seconds after the meeting starts, rather than 5 minutes before)

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

recording sales calls at scale and analysing overall trends

  ### 46. Amazing tool that helps me drive value with my customers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan G. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

It records every session and allows me to focus on conversations, instead of having to take notes during calls. I can ask Momentum questions after the session and It will give me the information I need. It's also useful when drafting follow up emails and action points from sessions. Finally, it's never late for my calls : )

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

A deeper integration with Salesforce would be appreciated. It could also look for people roles and add those to the meeting details.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me focus on customer conversations and asking the right questions at the right time. It also helps me organize my action plans.

  ### 47. Seemless integration

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum has helped with organizing meeting notes quicker and allowing for faster personalized response times to clients and prospective customers. Easily integrated with the rest of my daily tech stack. Implementation was quick with no issues. From times I needed customer support their team was quick to respond. I use it on a daily basis and it's helped streamline all of my processes.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Dashboard can be a bit tricky to navigate at first but is user friendly thereafter.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot quicker personalized responses to prospective customers. Easily summarizes key points in meetings that can be quickly found and digested in a moments notice.

  ### 48. Great Partner in AI Revenue Orchestration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben H. | Revenue Operations Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

Momentum's automations throughout our sales pipeline are a huge plus. They lead to much more accurate CRM data and better visibility into our deals. Additionally, their Customer Support is extremely responsive and resourceful.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

The initial setup time for Momentum could be improved. However, once it's up and running, it proves to be very worthwhile.

Momentum is helping us with win/loss info and CRM deal accuracy.

  ### 49. Momentum 10/10

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mackenzie D. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I like that momentum not only captures notes/actions when on a call but it will help draft a recap email and you can also map your meeting notes to an opp or account in Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

Momentum sometimes joins external calls, but not always and there isn't a way for me to add it once the call starts.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cutting down some of the admin time after a sales call.

  ### 50. An AI tool that speeds up your follow ups and CRM updates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Momentum?**

I love the integrations with salesforce, and the capability for it to present good options in regards to who key folks are on the call. We use this every day multiple times a day on our sales call and has presented itself as a great tool to help things keep moving in the right direction.

**What do you dislike about Momentum?**

I wish Momentum had the ability to provide prompts back and forth after summaries, just like a chat gpt or grok would.

**What problems is Momentum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to easily showcase to everyone involved quick updates from a call instead of having to watch an entire recap of a call.
