**What do you like best about Mobilio?**

Mobilio has been useful especially when it comes to handling our field service staff. The word documents can be accessed by technicians where they can update the status of the jobs, capture the signature of the customers in real-time.

**What do you dislike about Mobilio?**

There are some disadvantages: the primary one is a weak offline support. This can be a major issue in areas with poor network connectivity, which interferes with our team’s performance in terms of delivering results particularly in the initial evaluation of the job or collection of pre-service data.

**What problems is Mobilio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobilio has revolutionized how we conduct our business by improving the ways we handle our field service management. The possibilities to access data in real time and the definition of efficient procedures have enhanced cooperation, diminished mistakes and enhanced the general performance.
