MITS makes it easy for beginners to drill down into existing paths of information. It's easy to quickly get the information that you need at a glance and store reports for ongoing use. Exporting is great (multiple options: Excel, Excel with repeated data in columns (good for spreadsheet consistency), and PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes loading time is a little long. Administration of users can be confusing when things are not appearing like they should (but this is rare and only occurs on new setups). Printing format is not my favorite, but usually I download to Excel anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
