**What do you like best about Miro?**

The most helpful part about Miro, that helps it stand apart from Figjam for me, is that it can function as a long-term 'living strategy' document, rather than purely for temporary in-person collaboration. While the Figma integration is useful, I like how Miro has a more robust organizational structure. I've also experimented with using the AI tool to summarize sticky notes, and found it surprisingly useful in getting a clean picture out of messy data. I also think the templates in Miro are a bit more useful than what I can find in Figjam, and I personally have not had any issues with performance or lagging.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

As a designer, the thing I dislike about Miro definitely would be the lack of customization when it comes to the visual aesthetic. I understand the need for simplicity, but at the same time I would feel much more compelled to use it if I could create a visually beautiful document — this could mean allowing users to use hex codes/color wheel to pick their stickies colors, having more font options or font size options beyond small, medium, etc.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is an inherent value in spatial thinking and reasoning that is often lost in modern collaborative software, and I think that is the main area Miro solves for. It is definitely most valuable during early-phase project work — the ambiguous stretch where you're moving between research synthesis and direction-setting and nothing has a fixed form yet. Having a shared surface where I can cluster interview quotes next to emerging patterns next to rough flow sketches means the thinking stays connected rather than fragmenting across Google Docs, Figma files, and Slack threads.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love everything about Miro. It's so easy to use, and it's easy to visualize what I'm thinking. Working with visual thinking is great, and thanks to Miro, the way I can shape my ideas is amazing. It has a younger look and feel, it's fresh, and my customers love it. The initial setup was pretty easy, which made it simple to start working with Miro.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The main thing that doesn't work well for me with Miro is that it can get kind of expensive as a consultant. I want to share and allow my clients to post little things on the boards or share for a certain time, but it's too expensive to add every single user just to share our designs. I'm a freelancer and consultant, so I can only allow people to place comments. It would be nice to allow them to place at least some post-it shapes or something similar.

Miro helps me share ideas with clients, put them together in one place, and discuss them easily.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I really like the new AI features that allow you to just describe what you wanna do or add documents, and it will build a diagram for you, which then becomes editable, which is so convenient. The main benefit is that I used to have workarounds to create diagrams with complex tables, but now I can just take briefs from my customers, whether it's a document or a Google Sheet, give some context on how my platform works, and Miro will build very complex diagrams in no time. This feature saves hours and provides a much clearer view for my customers. It's also convenient that these diagrams can be edited in the future if we choose to change their structure.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think the onboarding part is a bit longer to understand than I planned. It took me longer than I expected to become proficient. Note, I onboarded before the AI features were available. I thought it would be more user-friendly to get to advanced features.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro to easily illustrate complex data relationships, saving hours by creating reusable diagrams from documents or Google Sheets, giving customers a clear view. I like the AI features that quickly build and edit complex diagrams. It's a must have.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to quickly go from a blank board to a working architecture, effortlessly dragging components and sketching flows while getting real-time input from the team. Its infinite canvas lets me lay out full end-to-end architecture seamlessly, covering everything from the front end to services and integrations. The live collaboration feature is a game-changer for making remote workshops productive and aligning architects, developers, and business stakeholders on the same page. I particularly enjoy how the initial canvas and live collaboration combo makes workshops feel fluid rather than forced. Additionally, the initial setup of Miro was straightforward, making users productive almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

It's not a great version control -- once the board evolves, tracking what actually changed (and why) is messy. For versioning, Miro could be way more 'engineering-friendly.' I'd love to have lightweight commits -- being able to snapshot a board with a message, compare versions side-by-side, and roll-back selectively (not full-board). Also, a proper change log per object and branching would make it much easier to evolve architectures without losing traceability.

Miro aligns architects, devs, and stakeholders on the same diagram quickly, reducing back-and-forth and exposing gaps early. Its infinite canvas and live collaboration make workshops productive by facilitating real-time input and immediate fixes.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that Miro is easy to use and offers multiple alternatives to present the same information in different ways. I use the Flowchart creator to describe internal processes, as well as other potential situations. Additionally, I use the diagram creator to keep our org chart updated. The initial setup was almost automatic, which I found convenient.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The way to manage past projects is a little bit complicated for me. Also, when using the integrated AI tool, I lost all my work because I went a step back and couldn't recover my work. There should be a way to keep everything in track, like a ctrl-z type of function. I've tried using it with ChatGPT, but normally it only adds time.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro helps me present complex topics visually, making decision-making easier for my superiors. It offers multiple ways to present information and I use the flowchart creator and diagram creator for internal processes and org charts.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I find Miro very easy to use and extremely user-friendly. Its presentation is quite sleek, and it seems to have a limitless repository, allowing me to copy, paste, and attach a lot of information onto the Miro board without losing any potential for holding information. It feels like an endless expanse. Miro has been very important in my personal and professional development because it lets me structure my information by theme and area of my profession. As I find new sources, I can easily add them to the Miro board and build upon my prior information, giving me quick access to a huge depth of information. This helps me present myself in a much more professional manner.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

It's a bit of a nightmare in terms of the different scales of information. It would be fantastic if there was a quick tool to have everything scaled to a similar level of legibility. Sometimes, when you put something on, you have to scale it yourself, and it's obsolete at times. There's a need for a way to easily scale everything to have the same legibility, like based on font size. This would help in prioritizing and de-prioritizing things, ensuring clear legibility across the board. Particularly, it would be useful for images. Text-based elements need to have consistent size. I didn't find the AI tool in Miro entirely intuitive yet for what I'm looking for.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro to communicate information quickly and collaborate easily with my team, mapping out potential challenges and storyboarding projects from concept to design. It serves as a repository for both graphical and textual information, supporting research and inspiring creativity.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I think it's really nice how Miro is able to update everything by running the commands accordingly and having the connectors function well together. But what I love the most is the bird's eye view that lets me see everything across the board, which I think is something that Google Workspace doesn't provide. The flexible layout in Miro is like having a desk right in front of me and this is really nice. Also, the AI playground is really nice and easy to play with, and there are some templates that are nice to use.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I definitely think that there should be some tutorials that teach you, like, some basics and essentials. Some ways that can be really helpful for you to understand all the capabilities. To be honest, the initial setup was a little bit tough, and it can be a little overwhelming for an average user.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro for idea generation, mapping out pain points, and ensuring all questions are answered. It updates everything efficiently and provides a flexible layout for a clear overview, something I feel Google Workspace lacks.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love using Miro for wireframing and building brand architecture as a brand director. It really helps keep a lot of information in one place, making it easy to view at a glance for both my team and stakeholders. I love the Miro AI and prototype feature; it helps keep all designs, website and brand direction, and messaging intact. Miro Prototypes is awesome for building wireframes, and delivering them to clients as a board is a neat feature. The initial setup was super easy, and the UI/UX is straightforward, making collaboration inside Miro a breeze with pointers that look awesome.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

AI misses a lot of context or sometimes the Prototypes and even slides show up empty or with weird fonts despite specifying the direction in the prompt down to a dot. This affects my workflow as I have to ask it to do it all over again. Better models could be used to understand the context, and markdown support could go a long way.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro helps keep all my design work and brand architecture info in one place for easy viewing by the team and stakeholders. The AI and prototype features are great for maintaining design consistency and delivering wireframes to clients.

I really like the different features that Miro has. I especially enjoy being able to use a variety of tools, like emojis, lines, and stacks. The chronmetre and the music I can use during presentations are also great, and the boards I can create are truly amazing.

I don’t have any specific aspect that I dislike.

Miro helps me save time and create boards that are really clear and easy to use. I also like that I can modify them at any moment. Before Miro, I used Canva, but it wasn’t the right fit for the type of work I had to do. Now I have a lot more useful tools to get the job done.

What I like most about Miro is how flexible it is for collaboration and brainstorming. It’s great for workshops, ideation sessions, and mapping out flows or processes with multiple people at the same time. The infinite canvas makes it easy to think visually without constraints, and features like sticky notes, templates, and comments make collaboration feel lightweight and intuitive. It works especially well for cross-functional teams where not everyone is a designer.

As boards grow, they can quickly become cluttered and hard to navigate. Performance can slow down with large or long-running boards, and it takes discipline to keep things organized. Some design-related tasks feel limited compared to more specialized tools, and moving from a messy brainstorming board to something more structured often requires cleanup or exporting work elsewhere.

Miro solves the problem of remote and cross-functional collaboration by giving teams a shared visual space to think together. Instead of long meetings or scattered docs, it allows ideas, feedback, and decisions to live in one place. For me, the biggest benefit is alignment. **What do you like best about Miro?**

In my case, it was fast to implement and it did not disrupt our work. I began to use it practically at once with my team. Its connection with other tools such as Jira and Slack are useful to bridge the gap between planning and execution. The features are helpful in various project phases, and as I use it constantly, it becomes a part of my process.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

There are a few limitations of Miro that affect my workflow. Boards are difficult to navigate when there are numerous users. The quantity of features does not necessarily assist when things become disorganized.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro resolves the issue of dispersed group work. Our planning and discussion tool used to be in various places, but now everything is unified. Its connection to Slack and Jira maintains the communication and tasks. I frequently use it, and it saves time in meetings. The quantity of features enables me to work on various kinds of work and, therefore, my team remains focused and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to keep track and plan out all the projects my team wants to achieve. Being the chief engineer of a team of 80 people with many different projects is a lot to manage, but thanks to Miro, I have been able to keep all the discussions, plans, thoughts, and goals organized. It's helped a ton this season! I love the open infinite whiteboard space because I can write notes in the moment and then come back later to organize them. It's also great that I can move things aside when I no longer need them or move them to a different section. Plus, its collaborative nature is awesome, allowing other leaders and team members to work on it. Collaboration is key for my team, and Miro being such a collaborative-friendly workspace really helps. The whiteboard space is so big, it never gets cluttered but still efficiently stores a whole season's worth of notes and plans. The initial setup of Miro was easy, and once learned, it was pretty simple to implement and get used to. I love Miro and it has helped me manage so much this season.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Nothing major TBH. If anything, make the sticky notes more transparent and offer a way to organize different color palettes. For shapes, you can change color AND control transparency, which is really nice. But for sticky notes, you can control color but not transparency, which can be really annoying. As for color palettes, I wish you provided different palette choices and let users make their own palettes and save them.

Miro helps me manage multiple projects efficiently by organizing discussions, plans, and goals. It keeps my notes structured after meetings, creates clear schedules and deadlines, and serves as a collaborative space for my team.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like that Miro comes with canvases, flows, and sticky notes, which allows me to write in different ways and create multiple flow diagrams. The option to adjust different shapes, sizes, and fonts makes it versatile for various needs. The overall aesthetic look is pleasing as well. Setting up Miro was very easy with just one sign up and Google login, and I was ready to go.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I think it would be really cool if Miro could automate the flow creation process. Like, maybe I could just talk to Miro, and it would make the flow automatically on its own, create a funnel or something like that. It would save time from doing everything manually, and I could just edit it afterward.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Miro to visualize and show flow diagrams to my team, exploring complex processes in depth. It helps me understand tasks better, visualize how marketing flows, and show where leads go. The customization options provide an aesthetic and flexible workspace.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Miro is incredibly easy to use, intuitive, and straightforward. I drag and drop the post it notes across the board and they go where I put them, and are simple to duplicate and string together with arrows. It doesn't lag, it's fast and reliable. 

I can share the board with colleagues, and select a section of the board to land on when they arrive. 

To get started with it, I was just handed a board and started pulling items from the left pane, it was very simple to learn.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I'd like to be able to set the default of the arrows to a different width/style, maybe you can but it's not obvious to set it.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Miro allows me to visually display processes in a readable and editable way. Before I was using UMLet, which just antagonised me greatly as things did not work the way they were supposed to. Even things as simple as dragging and dropping didn't work correctly, but with Miro they do. It just works. This saves time and energy.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I've been using Miro since lock down and it's th premier digital remote white boarding tool, that can help team to collaborate remotely and hold workshops across continents and time zones.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Seems to have everything and they have refined the offering with new add ones and features such as timers, emojis, music, randomiser spinning wheels and integrations with Jira.

Sometimes due to connection it can lag and also it can get out of sync meaning undo and redo functions don't work.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote collaboration, asyncronous working, developing knowledge and understanding across teams and flowing work through the workflow through to solutions.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like using Miro because it serves as a single platform for all our needs, helping us consolidate data in one place. The flexibility and the templates are particularly great, as the templates help keep me organized and kickstart a new board for any upcoming project. Miro's more organized format and available features prompted our shift from Microsoft Teams' Whiteboard. Also, it was very easy to adapt to Miro, which was a relief for our team.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I want to know how AI works and get it automated, but I'm not sure as I haven't experienced the AI features in Miro yet. Also, the login part is a bit annoying because it always shows me as a guest, and I'm not sure why.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Miro consolidates data on one platform and assists with brainstorming and task assignment. The templates keep me organized and kickstart new projects, while its flexibility supports various workflows.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

How easy and straightforward it is to use. Comes in very handy for planning sessions with larger groups and allows the sessions to be more collaborative. The tool is dependable and easily accessible online. Seeing as how our company has licenses for select teams anyone can jump in to contribute ideas and feedback to live boards.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Not much to dislike. We ran into a few issues with access but they were quickly resolved with our Miro Admin.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making collaboration a lot easier, especially when people from multiple locations across the country are meeting virtually. It has made brainstorming easier for the team and can continue beyond the meeting as everyone can access the ideas.

The openess of the platform, allowing to draw anything and then collaborate with team members.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

Finding stuff inside boards can be difficult, zooming in and zooming out alot.  Also sometimes selecting object is not intuitive (the parent object is selected , the frame is selected, ...)

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralized architecture diagram and a collaboration platform for story-mapping or similar collaborations efforts.

I really appreciate how Miro helps with bringing in raw notes and keeps me close to the data. The ability to plot this information into a journey is incredibly helpful for our team. It allows us to quickly digest the main takeaways and understand them in the context of our customer. The setup of Miro was very easy, which I definitely liked.

I think it would be helpful if Miro had better integration with other tools, like Google Drive, so that Miro boards could be linked easily for easier access. Being able to link Miro to cloud projects would also be really interesting.

Miro really supports our agile and product planning, as well as real-time collaboration, reducing the need for meetings and follow-ups. It allows for faster iterations, less rework, and instant feedback with everything centralized in one place, making it easier to manage. It's beneficial for collaboration across different roles like dev, QA, and business, and it helps turn abstract thinking into something concrete with its visual format.

I think version control and history could be improved, like having more detailed versioning similar to git style tracking or comparing versions side by side with better rollback visibilities. Also, the visual design and execution have some gaps. There could be integrations with automation tools, especially for QA. Performance is another issue, particularly when too many users, like during PI planning with seventy or eighty people, are working concurrently—the performance drops a lot. A lightweight mode for large sessions could help. Governance can also be an issue, as too many sticky notes can become messy.

I love how intuitive Miro is. It's clean and simple to use, making it very easy to pick up with no sharp learning curve. I find that even people unfamiliar with Miro can quickly get accustomed to it, especially when starting a workshop. It helps meet the need to move fast without getting caught down in the details. I also love the integrations and the great range of templates, which assist in starting workshop ideas when I lack a starting point. It's particularly effective during quarterly planning, handling many people simultaneously. The ability to visualize things across different platforms due to its integrations is a big plus for me. It really stands out in its seamless workflow, making it a better experience for running workshops.

Sometimes the integrations can be a little bit funny. I do also find some of the additional features like the timeline quite rigid. They're not as flexible as I would like. Some of the out-of-the-box features can be a bit brittle or not quite work as intended.

I can’t create custom components; for example, the tables don’t work like an Excel table. It’s also hard to support offline collaboration, because it was difficult for people across the organisation to use and navigate the boards.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro for pre-production in animation, where it keeps everything in one place and balances organization, writing, and visual tools to explore all aspects of the production. I love that you can explore different aspects simultaneously with different people, which creates a sense of co-authorship and allows anyone to have input at any point. It's like an infinite studio whiteboard that helps keep everyone on the same page. Having everyone access the same information is really valuable. It also supports preemptive problem-solving while retaining creative decisions, and everyone having an understanding or awareness of each other and core goals makes everything smoother. The initial setup of Miro was very easy, and even though some members have trouble navigating the boards, it's more about their effort to learn it. Overall, I'm likely to recommend it to a friend or colleague, rating it a 10.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

I use the free version for personal work, and many of the instances where I think it could be improved are probably solved by the paid version. I think it would be used more if we could use different aspects of the boards separately. For instance, the gantt charts work great, and it would be nice to be able to export these or send a link of them to a client where they can access and see solely the gantt chart as it is updated and modified, without showing them the entire boards and the inner logic of how everything works. Sometimes the boards might be used to explore technical information we don't want to share, and sometimes it's just a large amount of information that might overwhelm them. So having the ability to just send the gantt chart as a link, where it is still connected and updates would be amazing. The same might be said for locking frames to only specific users, for example if we have freelancers in, we might not want for them to have access to information under an NDA. But we may still want to let them access anything they may need to. though I would say I prefer everything to be open, It may just be a nice feature

I like Miro because as a data engineer, it is great for creating data engineering diagrams, especially when working with AWS. It has all those AWS contexts like EMR and S3, which are needed. The diagrams are easy to connect. If Miro doesn’t have the diagrams I need, I can Google them and drag and drop them directly onto the Miro board, which is really handy.

I think the availability of diagrams can be improved. Most of the time, when I need diagrams related to data tools like DBT or Snowflake, I have to Google them and drag and drop them into Miro. This drag and drop process can be tedious, especially when I have a lot of tabs open and need to carefully choose where to drop my images.

Helps me organize my thoughts visually. Much better than typing it all in a confusing Word document. Everything links in well with link embeds and no file limit. My miro board has literally over 200 photos on it, and it loads in seconds. Also, its free so you really cant beat that, AND NO ADS. Ai tools are nice to have, but are kinda useless for my purposes, although they do make some funny summaries.

As a PM who works on projects that are either in development or R&D stages, Miro allows me to quickly organize ideas, concepts, or key areas of improvements.

I love its versatility; wheter I need to create a mood boards, roadmaps, or UX flows, I can do everything in one place. This is excellent for rapid iteration & sharing.

It's a tool that I use on a daily basis, and would recommend to anyone working in design or tech.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

While I appreciate the templates, I typically prefer making my own; they're great starting points, but they can be a little clunky to manipulate & bend to ones liking.

There are also some minor UX issues (control schemes) that can bother users who utilise the tool on a daily basis.

There are many different actions available, and it can handle many users simultaneously as well as large boards with ease. The drawing capabilities for diagrams are very good, with many different tools and a clean, minimalistic UI.

I haven’t found a way to save or remember board passwords. When I have multiple boards, each with its own password, it can be frustrating to type them in every time.

I use Miro a lot for retros, system mapping, and brainstorming. It's great for brainstorming and collaborative work and helps my team break down bigs projects and articulate risks. I appreciate how it lets me get thoughts visually organized easily and it's much better than just brain dumping into a document. I love that I can show connections and emphasize points with visuals, making it less intimidating than a blank page. Having a variety of facilitation tools like timers and dot voting is really helpful since I facilitate a lot. I also enjoy how easy it is to add anything, whether it's websites, thoughts, or images. The document-style text feature is a handy addition. Diagramming and mind mapping are useful too, but connecting sticky notes and finding themes is what I do most often. Overall, Miro helps people get on the same page, with features that enhance meeting focus and stakeholder understanding and collaboration. I love a lot of features that help with asynchronously working with people.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The AI features haven't been very helpful for me so far, I haven't found it's analysis to be helpful and usually end up exporting a CSV of responses and use another model to analyze themes. I often want to use the basic grid feature instead of a table, but it's kind of glitchy with sticky notes unless I lock it. Sometimes I just draw lines instead because using a grid feels like more of a hassle. The integrations with ADO weren't robust enough last time I checked. On a lesser note, my teams are getting tired of hearing the same music when I turn on the timer during retro and wouldn't mind some new options there.

I use Miro for brainstorms and creating live-feeling presentations at my branding agency. Miro makes hybrid and remote working on projects significantly easier, and it's become an essential tool for our business. It captures everything from initial ideas and brainstorming to finished concepts and presentations. I like how intuitive it is; the interface is easy to understand, and you can get to grips with it quickly. There isn't much of a learning curve for everyday usage. A couple of minutes on the tutorial was sufficient for me. I also like the interface with its bright, open feel, which makes the experience of using it positive and freeing.

I sometimes feel that the options to add text to the board are a little restrictive/difficult. It's not always easy to make text look good, especially if it's longer, so I'll sometimes switch to PPT and import slides from there. I'd also like it if the sticky notes were more flexible in size and had more type customization options.

I use Miro almost every day as it's one of the best tools to set up a project, especially as an artist in animation. I like Miro's ergonomy as well as the way it allows me to arrange pictures. The platform is very fluid, and its features are perfect to quickly arrange a bunch of pictures of different sizes. Also, the initial setup of Miro was super easy. I've been using Miro for a long time, even back when it was called Realtime Board.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The arrangement of pictures could be even more advanced. It would be nice to create a grid with different size images but with no gaps between them. I would like to have a mosaic type of arrangement instead of just a grid.

Miro solves the problem of space and readability in references I need for my animation projects. Its ergonomic design and fluid features allow me to quickly arrange pictures of different sizes, enhancing my workflow.

It essentially provides a blank canvas that you can simply start to put down all the random ideas you have about a topic or subject and then over time organise it in whatever shape or form. This can be through arrows linking aspects or with Khanboards and more formal structures

It can sometimes be a bit difficult to navigate between projects or activities, especially when I’m involved in multiple ones through the company I work for.

I am responsible for a group that has to focus on multiple technical aspects across a complex project. I prefer the freedom of the environment Miro provides to help create a management and tracking environment of all aspects of my team and what we are responsible for. Sometimes I find task tracking software a bit too siloed and too rigid in their structure. With Miro I can put down all the topics, area and activities we are working on and over time start to interlink and organise them. The inclusion of more formal structures to track progress is very helpful. I also enjoy being able to physically see the extent of activities and topics in front of me.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I like the whiteboard interface of Miro. It really reproduces the physical whiteboard in meeting rooms, and the fact that we can share it in real time, its precision, and constant synchronization works wonderfully. It's helpful in making sure everything is shown in an easy way to everyone, allowing us to know we're looking at the same thing, and it allows for real-time customization, making it so much more collaborative than a PowerPoint presentation. The initial setup was quite easy and intuitive, and it was fast to set up the way we wanted, making it easy to customize.

I have sometimes a bit of an issue understanding what is premium and what is not and how licenses work.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love how Miro makes it feel easy and natural to bring ideas to life visually. It’s like having an endless whiteboard where everyone can jump in. I do a lot of workshops for clients in advertising, and Miro helps me collaborate in real-time, note taking on the Miro Board becomes so much more easier because anyone can do it in real time. I use it almost everyday.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The design aspects are a little limited. The movement of the frames can be hard to navigate and one might accidentally move a whole bunch of stuff without meaning to. It's a little tricky to use, not as seamless as other softwares, but it can export the board quite well for other softwares.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Real-time note taking is a primary use-case for me. Imagine a whiteboard on which everyone can collaborate on at the same time. Usually, when you have to take live notes on the screen itself, you'll have to exit the slideshow, take a note and then enter the slideshow mode again. That botches the customer experience as I conduct multiple workshops with clients in-person. Miro completely eliminates this issue.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I love that Miro has its own AI integrated right into the software, making it super easy to use. It's the best whiteboard software in the market, and I appreciate the vast number of templates available, which are free to use. This makes creating mind maps or notes a breeze, saving me time and the cost of designing. Miro is versatile and allows me to work on various projects without having to worry about changing designs or ratios. The initial setup was straightforward; we just logged in, signed up, and immediately began collaborating as a team. This ease of use and all-in-one functionality helped my team transition from Canva to Miro, making our workflow faster and more efficient. Overall, Miro feels like a hacked version of Canva with more capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

The transitions in Miro for presentation slides are very rough. I think Miro could improve the transition features. While presenting, there should be transitions that make changing slides smoother, maybe add a transition that's classy or formal for a smooth transition from one slide to another.

I use Miro for making presentations and visualizing timelines effectively. It helps in saving time with prebuilt templates and efficient designs. My team switched to Miro for its ease of use and versatility, allowing us to work faster and more efficiently.

I use Miro every day as a user experience designer for documentation, slide presentations, and creating flows. I find it really easy to use and it provides all the features I need. I love having all the things in one place. It's great for creating presentations; I love how easy it is to do that. I can easily combine flows, wireframes, and user journeys. Features like frames, comments, and real-time collaboration make it easy to structure content for presentations. The initial setup was really easy, and Miro is part of my job every day.

When I export presentations, Miro includes the hidden slides.

I use Miro because it's easy and has all features needed to combine flows, wireframes, and user journeys. The frames, comments, and real-time collaboration let me easily create presentations. However, when exporting, it includes slides I intended to hide.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

I use Miro to manage the workflow of my warehouse and transportation work, which allows me to assign and execute work efficiently and effectively. It saves me time by letting me assign step-by-step tasks to my employees and track shipment workflows. The best feature for me is the ability to directly see and track my warehouse data simultaneously with shipments through graphs and charts without wasting time. I also like using Miro with Google Workspace for meetings and Google Drive to upload work details daily. The initial setup was really easy and user-friendly.

I love using Miro for mapping workflows, user journeys, sharing feedback, and brainstorming activities. It helps with easy collaboration, and the AI capabilities are great for quick analysis. I particularly appreciate Miro AI for dealing with high-volume data, as it works well for themes and consolidation. I also love the pre-made workflows and templates which make charts and journey maps look neat and presentable, great for sharing with stakeholders. The initial setup was super easy, and even though I sometimes struggle with the sharing settings, it's an easy fix.

AI needs more moods and provides high-level results during thematic analysis, lacking in-depth insights. Sometimes, I'd like to chat and make specific updates, but that's missing. Also, I occasionally struggle with the sharing settings, although it's an easy fix.

**What do you like best about Miro?**

Miro is easy to access for users across the organisation from senior stakeholders through to the power users across the team. There are numerous useful templates and the app does seem to evolve with new features regularly. 
It is now the default for collaboration across lots of different use cases - particularly useful for workshops obviously but as a valuable resource across delivery of software and organisational change. 
We also find that Miro is great for working with suppliers and partners.

**What do you dislike about Miro?**

As with any app which continues to evolve it's sometime difficult to keep on top of improvements. 
I sometimes find that I lose boards so an improved management capability for different boards would be useful.

**What problems is Miro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a collaboration space for remote workers that allow us to keep in touch across multiple teams . 

It's also helping us roadmap across our product development and , where needed deep dive into customer journey mapping.

It would be helpful if you provided interactive training videos and guided users through the templates, so it’s easier to follow along and get started.

Miro allows my team and I to be more organized. The team can quickly go to Miro and see their tasks or status of projects. This also helps keep things organized when developing new courses.
