Their communication - as we use Mirats on Ad-hoc basis, communication is key in making sure our daily sampling targets our being met 2. Their quality - Mirats has been always good on their quality claim, for most of our projects we receive minimal BQs from their panel 3. Their reach - There have been many times where we have to sample in low volume Geographies, Mirats has come in clutch for us in these markets **What do you dislike about Mirats Insights?** One thing is definitely their persistence in knowing about more projects, it's not a strong dislike as they always deliver what they promise **What problems is Mirats Insights solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mirats helps us acheive sample for our niche B2C target groups and tough to target regions, this benefits us in reaching our sample goals within our project timelines leading to great client satisfaction! ### 2.
