They have a module for each department of the Organization. The best part about it is that with the help of different modules it connects the operations of all the departments from the purchase to the dispatch department. I mostly worked on the Order Booking module which was very user-friendly and hassle-free. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?** There is nothing to dislike about the Dynamics NAV on its functionality and operations end, just that the User Interface and the Design of the Platform feel a bit old-fashioned (old design). **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dynamics NAV solves most of the problems of an Organization by connecting all the different departments of the Organization with each other. They provide us with real-time data of all the orders and sales in hand and all the WIP items in the system through their Dashboard. Being a Microsoft product, it is also easily integrated with Microsoft Excel (simple to copy and paste journal entries from Excel into the system). Being able to attach journal entry and A/P invoice support within the system as well were huge improvements for us. We also integrated our ERP system with external systems as well (Concur and VisualLease). We also utilized Jet Reports for our financial reporting as well as creating ad-hoc reporting. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?** Nothing against the ERP system itself, but I heard the initial employee training we received from an outside vendor assisting with the implementation wasn't great. Fortunately, I had past experience with the system and was able to help train our employees on the system. **Recommendations to others considering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central:** I think it's a great product but make sure you have a subject-matter expert as an employee or engage with a skilled vendor to conduct employee training on the system for the best results. **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had upgraded from a less intuitive ERP system - since our company had many legal entities, the largest benefit was in terms of added efficiency with producing consolidated financial statements, which we accomplished through Jet Reports. The system, I thought, was much easier to use and had better controls over the posting of transactions in the system. We also implemented multi-company management to allow us to quickly and easily open and close the posting periods for all of our legal entities simultaneously rather than needing to update the posting period for each individual legal entity. ### 37. There are no pre defined filters available. **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fetching entries for any GL is simpler and faster in few clicks and is easily manageable. Even it provides out of the box reporting and export to excel feature to export tables in excel to analyse it ### 49. I can access the data already filtered and ready with information I need. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?** Super Plain Dashboard. I wish visual dashboard can be created as I simply open the Software and see all my necessary datas to track status and monitor them on real time basis. **What problems is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solving and how is that benefiting you?** Systemizing work process. Identifying gaps in the process as everything is recorded efficiently. Getting approvals are also easier than writing lengthy mails with increased wait time. ### 50.
