"Effortless AI Copilot Creation with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I appreciate Microsoft Copilot Studio because it simplifies the process of building AI copilots while still offering robust capabilities. You don't need advanced coding knowledge to use it, and it integrates smoothly with Microsoft tools. It also enables you to develop intelligent, secure assistants that genuinely address real business requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

What I find frustrating about Microsoft Copilot Studio is that it manages to feel both limited and overly complex. Advanced customization tends to rely a lot on being deeply integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem, which can be restrictive. The initial setup process is also quite confusing, especially for those using it for the first time, and as your usage grows, the costs can quickly accumulate. "Transforms AI Development with Seamless Microsoft Integration"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

I like Microsoft Copilot Studio because it's easy to build and customize AI copilots without needing deep technical skills. The low-code interface and ready-made templates make it quick to turn ideas into working solutions. I also really value how well it integrates with Microsoft tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform, which makes the copilots actually useful in real work scenarios. I also enjoy how flexible and scalable Microsoft Copilot Studio is. It’s easy to start with a simple copilot and then gradually expand it with more advanced features as needs grow. The built-in analytics and testing tools work especially well, since they help track performance and improve responses over time. I appreciate the strong security and governance options, which make it suitable for enterprise use and give confidence when working with sensitive data. Overall, it saves time, reduces manual effort, and helps teams work more efficiently with AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

One area that could be improved is the learning curve for more advanced use cases. While basic copilots are easy to set up, building complex logic or integrations can become confusing and time-consuming. The pricing and credit model can also be hard to understand at first, making it difficult to estimate costs. Additionally, debugging and troubleshooting could be smoother, as error messages are sometimes unclear. Improving documentation and in-product guidance would make the overall experience even better. What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

One aspect I find frustrating about Microsoft Copilot Studio is that some of the more advanced customization features seem restricted unless you have significant technical expertise. Additionally, getting everything set up and integrating it with specific systems can be a time-consuming process, which could pose difficulties for users who aren't very technically inclined. "Powerful AI Copilot Platform with Great Potential"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Microsoft Copilot Studio makes it very easy to design, customize, and deploy AI copilots without needing deep coding knowledge. The drag-and-drop interface and built-in templates save time, while the integration with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform makes it seamless to connect with data sources already in use. I especially like the ability to quickly create conversational experiences, test them in real time, and scale them across teams. It also keeps improving with regular updates, making it future-ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

While powerful, the initial setup and configuration can feel overwhelming for new users, especially if you’re not already familiar with Microsoft’s ecosystem. Some advanced features require additional licensing or subscriptions, which may increase cost for smaller organizations. The documentation is detailed but can sometimes be difficult to follow when troubleshooting integration issues. Performance can also lag if handling very complex workflows. "Great AI tool for boosting productivity and automating tasks"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

What I like most is how seamlessly it integrates with Microsoft 365 tools. I can quickly automate repetitive tasks, generate content drafts, and even get suggestions inside apps I already use, like Word, Excel, and Teams. It really saves time and helps me focus on important work instead of small manual steps. The interface is simple, and I appreciate that it doesn’t require advanced technical knowledge to use effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

Sometimes the AI-generated content needs fine-tuning and doesn’t always get context 100% right, so I still have to review the results carefully. Also, some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or individuals. However, these are small drawbacks compared to the overall productivity benefits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Build you Own Agentic AI"
What do you like best about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

First of all, Microsoft Copilot Studio has given me an empowerment of no-code/Low-code interface to build, train and deploy my own custom copilot to build answering bots. Secondly and most importantly, I can easily integrate it with my Microsoft Ecosystem like outlook, OneDrive and Teams through which it helps me to work efficiently on my daily tasks. I don't need to do recurring job constantly. I have been using this on daily basis to ease my tasks. And most importantly it's ease to configure and deploy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Copilot Studio?

There are more likes of Copilot than dislikes... although i found that it might be sometime expensive to SMB's. Secondly, when you try to integrate with Power Platforms there might require some serious coding. Thirdly, it is more interpretable to Microsoft Ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
