**What do you like best about Micro Register?**

Convenience and speed. Simple yet detailed platform. Multifunctional and clear PC screen.

**What do you dislike about Micro Register?**

I dont think I have many complaints. It outperforms its competitors, so I have no reason to complain, and I can think of no improvements to be made  

**What problems is Micro Register solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing our ticket orders by hand and physically taking them to the appropriate handler. This saves alot of gime.

**What do you like best about Micro Register?**

So  many features and capabilities to meet the needs of all types of restaurants. very user friendly. train staff members in hours.  











































**What do you dislike about Micro Register?**

Horrible customer service after they sell you the system. Sales person your personal programmer missing in action ,you need to call 1800 number and talk to someone in india to trouble shoot a problem.

**Recommendations to others considering Micro Register:**

The service agreements are very expensive after warranty is over. If you are going to be running multiple locations this is the best in the industry.

**What problems is Micro Register solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reduced ticket times,better inventory and labor tracking putting more dollars to your bottom line.
