MetaDay Reviews & Product Details

MetaDay is the AI recruiter that runs the whole hire, from first message to signed offer. We run the hire. You decide. You brief Ryan, the AI recruiter inside MetaDay, once and approve the run and the boundaries it works inside. MetaDay then finds candidates across 100+ platforms and LinkedIn, posts the role to the job boards that fit your industry, and ranks everyone into a focused shortlist, with the reasoning behind each name. It reaches out by email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn, handles every reply, makes AI screening calls that answer the candidate's questions and sell the role, runs AI interviews scored on skills and role-fit, and books meetings straight into your team's calendar. It negotiates expectations and terms strictly inside your boundaries. When something falls outside them, it comes back to you instead of guessing. Your hiring manager receives the top 3 candidates with the evidence: interview signals, conversation history, strengths, risks and offer guidance. Your team runs the final interview and makes the call. Your ATS stays where it is: MetaDay hands every qualified candidate over with the full profile. Pricing is per open role: one job title at one location, no matter how many people you hire. Scout is free to start. AI Recruiter is $299 per open role per month billed yearly ($399 quarterly, $499 monthly), with no success fee. Enterprise covers more than 5 open roles at the same time.
