Customer support is quite amazing as well. I use it frequently and its ease of implementation and integration with the number of features are very accessible and user friendly. **What do you dislike about Messenger Bot?** I guess I don't see as of this time the dislikements I experienced, maybe in an automated set up since it is a uniform kind of message to respond to you as the reader.It is static in a way since the robot is replying while the real person is away from the desk. **What problems is Messenger Bot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Of course the communication wise, it gives an immediate replies to you as a user, even so the person is out of his desk it could reply right away thru the bot.YOu can feel that there is someone who can address your concerns though. ### 2.
