Mesh is nice for keeping track of your yearly goals, and your teams yearly goals. As a manager I like that you can cascade goals down that are given to you and split it amongst your team. Our company tried a few different platforms for having yearly MAP goals and have finally settled on this and it has been working relatively well so far for us. It's fairly easy to use and doesn't have a large learning curve. As with any goal management application writing goals is often the hardest part so I appreciate the AI feature for helping to fine tune written goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a huge fan of using the meeting AI bot, it is more intended for teams meetings vs in person meetings but that is something that can be chosen to use or not so it's not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It replaces the traditional review and other engagements systems which is time consuming and not accurate in all scenarios. Mesh solves the issue and is suggestive with its software to participate in a more hollstic manner. It makes work easier for both empoyer and employee, where ultimately the organisation wins. The features and use has been briefed hurriedly and at one go. Gradual exploration of the system will reavel its potential and features better. Hence, Implementation or communication to end user and its channel can be better, say like online session, short tutorials and timly and scheduled reminders. Mesh is a new tool introduced by our organization and we welcomed it. They came and provided proper training before going live for masses.

The interface was easy to understand and use. There were no downtimes noted by me.

Customer support was good, I did use it once.
