Mesh is nice for keeping track of your yearly goals, and your teams yearly goals. As a manager I like that you can cascade goals down that are given to you and split it amongst your team. Our company tried a few different platforms for having yearly MAP goals and have finally settled on this and it has been working relatively well so far for us. It's fairly easy to use and doesn't have a large learning curve. The features and use has been briefed hurriedly and at one go. Gradual exploration of the system will reavel its potential and features better. Mesh is a new tool introduced by our organization and we welcomed it. They came and provided proper training before going live for masses.
