The one click polling for group time slots saves endless back and forth emails, and the automatic Zoom or Teams link generation is a nice touch. **What do you dislike about MeetingPlanner.io?** No native integration with Slack for direct scheduling from chat still have to open the web app. Also, the free tier caps at 3 polls month would love a slightly higher limit before upgrading. **What problems is MeetingPlanner.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** MeetingPlanner.io tackles the classic nightmare of coordinating meetings endless email threads bouncing availability back and forth, time zone headaches across teams, and the chaos of picking a spot that works for everyone. It cuts through that by letting you poll group availability in one go, suggest times or places with calendar sync Google or Outlook, and finalize with auto invites, reminders, and even Zoom Teams links. For me, it's a game changer as someone juggling client calls and internal syncs weekly, it slashes scheduling time from hours to minutes, freeing me up for actual work instead of playing calendar Tetris. You can just log on and instantly schedule your interview or coffee chat, etc. **What do you dislike about MeetingPlanner.io?** I don't see how meeting planner is any better than traditional meeting scheduling on outlook or gmail, I can't pinpoint what it would offer me that is better than what is already available in gmail/outlook. **Recommendations to others considering MeetingPlanner.io:** It is best suited for very small scale implementation, not necessarily meant for a large scale company and cannot compete with other scheduling apps and most definitely not an ATS **What problems is MeetingPlanner.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** If I want to send a super quick calendar invite to someone, I can quickly go through the prompts on Meeting Planner, and shoot them a quick email inviting them to my meeting.
