What do you like best about Medsender?

Medsender's best features include the ability to send HIPAA compliant emails to patients without requiring a patient portal or additional login credentials, seamless integration with EMR systems, responsive and quick tech support, and affordability compared to other online fax solutions. Medsender's features enable healthcare providers to go paperless in a fully HIPAA compliant way, safely and easily send medical records and test results to patients and other providers, and receive notifications via email when a fax is received, allowing for quick action and response no matter where the provider is located. What do you dislike about Medsender?

What problems is Medsender solving and how is that benefiting you?

Users can safely send patients their superbills, radiology, lab, and other test results, as well as other medical records. Additionally, users can use Medsender as a fax machine to send all of this information to other providers and overall, Medsender's ability to securely send and receive sensitive medical information in a HIPAA compliant way is a significant benefit for healthcare providers looking to improve efficiency and reduce paper waste. "Medsender was the perfect solution for our office."

What do you like best about Medsender?

We like the confirmation that is returned to us showing when the faxes are read by the recipient.

"Simply, the best fax & email solution out there"

What do you like best about Medsender?

The ability to send a HIPAA compliant email to any patient without the need for a patient portal or remembering another login to get access to the documents. Also, this has a seamless integration with my EMR. They have excellent tech support that is very quick and responsive. Lastly, and surely least :) is the price, they are much cheaper than any other online fax solution I could find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Medsender?

So far I have found nothing that bothers me. The only dislike I had was that I had to wait until my contract had ended with my other fax provider before being to switch over to Medsender entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Medsender solving and how is that benefiting you?

Medsender has enabled me to go completely paperless in a fully HIPAA compliant way. I can now safely send patients their superbills, radiology, lab, and other test results, and other medical records. Not only that, but this functions also a fax machine & I can send all of this to other providers as well. Lastly, it is a small feature, but I really like it: Since I have a small office and I have it set to send me an email every time we receive a fax. That way, even if I am out of the office, I will know instantly on my phone that a fax was received and I can check it and act on it no matter where I am. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Medsender?

Medsender has changed our practice by providing a safe HIPPA compliant system that interfaces with our EMR. The best part of Medsender is its all electronic and very user friendly. What do you dislike about Medsender?

We have experienced no dislikes thus far and we have been using Medsender for six months. We use Medsender all day everyday and depend on it to work properly and get information out correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have solved the problem of faxes becoming lost. With Medsender we can easily view incoming and outgoing faxes. This ensures no faxes are "missing" as well as prevents faxing duplications among staff as the staff can view what has been faxed out and when. It is fast, user friendly, and efficient. What do you like best about Medsender?

Integration- Next to seamless integration with EMA or Modernizing Medicine

Price- significantly cheaper than our EHR's own faxing module
