**What do you like best about MedInformatix EHR?**

Very easy to read a chart and find what you are looking for

**What do you dislike about MedInformatix EHR?**

There should be more ways to 'stop' people on an account for whatever reason needed

**Recommendations to others considering MedInformatix EHR:**

Their product is good but the add on's that are purchased separately are not very good

**What problems is MedInformatix EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very easy to scan items into the chart and super easy to do insurance and payments for patients

**What do you like best about MedInformatix EHR?**

I like that it was very user friendly, and easy to navigate. Easy to train other staff members to use it as well. DId not crash much, unlike other systems i have used. Had help readily available both by phone and email if and when needed. 

**What do you dislike about MedInformatix EHR?**

there isnt much i didnt like, besides it being a slow running program (but could be the computers themselves). Of the EHR programs ive used this one is my favorite. 

**What problems is MedInformatix EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining accurate history and billing for patients.

**What do you like best about MedInformatix EHR?**

I liked the system of post it notes within the program where you could communicate eith others and it was not part of the notes

**What do you dislike about MedInformatix EHR?**

Unfortunately I did not like this system at all. Most of the time I felt like I was going back in time using it because of the old look of it. Circa 1992. I really hated that it took so long to learn. It was not user friendly or intuitive

**What problems is MedInformatix EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was used for EMR where I used to work which was integrated medical and mental health.

The system is very easy to navigate and makes scheduling patients for exams easy advice well.

**What do you dislike about MedInformatix EHR?**

Crashes or freezes too much and sometimes you have to do extra steps when trying to do something simple like move multiple appointments for a patient.

**What problems is MedInformatix EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great for scheduling patients.
