Mazevo also has GREAT customer support for questions/concerns. **What do you dislike about Mazévo?** I really don't have any dislikes. At the same time, the software has amazingly rich features to provide time savings and help with complex space scheduling problems on our campus. **What do you dislike about Mazévo?** I really can't think of anything I don't like. I had some problems with being able to create a report that could filter down to a specific resource, but that got added very quickly once I voiced my issue. **What problems is Mazévo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Space management including academic scheduling, resource tracking for complex event needs, easy invoicing for space and resources and labor depending on what type of customer (internal or external). Having the customers enter their own space requests has saved us staff time and provided efficiency for both staff and customers. ### 3. Simple, clean dashboard with a modern feel to it. Booking requests are pretty quick and simple to complete. **What do you dislike about Mazévo?** Sometimes the room specs entered into the system will automatically disqualify certain events incorrectly based on the parameters you enter. As an example, I had entered an event size of several hundred people and planned to use several rooms with guests spread out but those rooms did not show up to me as options because of their individual smaller size restrictions. Thus, I had to have a colleague complete the request on the back end. **What problems is Mazévo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling events in fixed spaces; making it easier for both the scheduler and the customer to complete the reservation and event planning processes and have transparency as to what has been booked. ### 4.
