**What do you like best about Marzipan?**

Marzipan is incredibly easy to use, and extremely flexible, and configurable.
It makes recurring subscription wine clubs much easier than any other system I have used, and copes with pretty much everything we have thrown at it.
More to the point, Adam and the Marzipan team are a pleasure to deal with, and go above and beyond to sort out any problems that arise.

**What do you dislike about Marzipan?**

Some of the functionality is still in development, but we have seen the capability evolve fast in the year we’ve been using it, and we are prepared to wait for a well-thought-through solutions.

**What problems is Marzipan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other software does ‘shop’ software well, but few others can do what Marzipan does which is to recognise Club Members, manage their subscription journey, and give them a VIP experience.
