It's great for ranking competitors, but it's annoying when messy data entry or off-market deals throw off the actual stats.

**What problems is MarketView MLS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the headache of digging through messy spreadsheets by turning raw sales data into instant rankings and visual reports. This benefits me by making it easy to prove my market share to clients and quickly identify which agents are actually closing deals in specific neighborhoods.
