We decided to make a change and outsource our inside sales team so, we were looking for an outbound lead generation partner. We had specific ABM requirements and culture is a big deal for us as an organization. MarketLauncher stood out on both of these fronts and we have not looked back. What do you like best?
Culture. We have a unique, fun culture and it was extremely important to us to find a partner that aligned in this with us. It was clear from the outset that we were very similar companies and we hit it off from day one. MarketLauncher attends our weekly team meetings and has really made a strong effort to be more than a vendor for us. This has made everything that much easier. What do you dislike?
There hasn't been anything to dislike, per se. All I will say is that we are in a tough industry with a long-high dollar sales cycle, so progress has been slow. But do not misunderstand me, there has been great progress and we are extremely happy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?
In partnering with MarketLauncher, we have realized how many holes we previously had in our inside sales process. The success that we are having now has everything to do with the processes that MarketLauncher has brought to the table.
