"Transforms Newspapers with Powerful Analytics"
What do you like best about Marfeel?

We are particularly impressed with Marfeel Analytics, which delivers clear, media-centric metrics that are much easier to interpret than those from traditional analytics platforms. This tool empowers both our editorial and product teams to quickly grasp content performance, user behavior, and the impact on revenue, allowing us to make informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, Marfeel’s ad optimization features have directly improved our inventory efficiency and revenue, all while maintaining a positive user experience.

Another aspect we highly value is Marfeel’s customer support. Their team is extremely responsive through a live chat system, usually answering questions in less than five minutes. The support is not limited to generic replies: they guide you step by step until the issue is fully resolved, whether it is related to analytics, monetization, or layout behavior. This level of hands-on assistance is especially important for small newsrooms where technical resources are limited.

This support channel is something we use on a daily basis, often from early in the morning, triggered by Marfeel’s “Good Morning” email, which summarizes the key audience and performance metrics from the previous day. Being able to quickly ask questions and get immediate clarification helps us react faster, optimize content decisions, and start the day with a clear understanding of how our site is performing. What do you dislike about Marfeel?

One of the main drawbacks of Marfeel is that some of its advanced features and optimizations provide limited flexibility and transparency, particularly for teams seeking greater control over layout, monetization rules, or distribution strategies. Some decisions are managed in a 'black box' manner, which can complicate efforts to fine-tune settings or experiment with different approaches.

Another concern is the cost of higher-tier plans, which may pose difficulties for small or medium-sized newsrooms, especially when integrating analytics, monetization, and distribution tools. Although the platform offers clear value, its pricing structure can make it challenging to scale usage incrementally or to test individual features on their own.
