We are able to generate leads, and also in busy environments where a human can't man messenger 24/7, the bot is able to take over and filter through real buyers compared to those who are time wasters. Narrowing it down to one thing is a challenge but I will say that the ease of which you can build out a chat "flow" on the platform is great. You can do a lot on the platform for absolutely free which is a huge bonus. There are also, integrations with Google Docs, Email marketing and more that make software a true asset for Facebook marketing. **What do you dislike about Manychat?** Ok, I've run into this recently. If you have a bot set up that someone responds to and you also have an automated welcome message as far as I know you can not disable the welcome message. So that means that if the user comments again in Messenger after the initial chat bot conversation, it will automatically fire off messages that are probably not relevant. Even if you send a manual message them first and then the user replies the welcome message fires. **Recommendations to others considering Manychat:** If you are looking into using ManyChat, check out the training provided by Mackenise Liberman. She is a a true expert and has a lot of great training and knowledge to share. **What problems is Manychat solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm solving the problem of not being able to be everywhere at all times. There are some basic questions that many people will ask and a ManyChat bot will help answer those.
