Manual.to is a company that meets today’s business needs by capturing know how and turning it into instantly clear instructions, in a format that appeals to all generations (from youtube to tiktok). As an early adopter in pharma, we initially created work instructions by filming every individual step. Once completed, it was worth the effort, but Manual.to soon embraced the advancements that could be made: generating ready-to-use instructions from a single video with AI. This has been a major time saver en usage enabler. I have now used it in the pharma, medical device, and food industries, and adoption almost happens by itself because everyone - from top to bottom - quickly embraces how easy it is to use. This is also supported by a successful installation and deployment approach, plus professional follow-up calls on a regular basis to meet customer needs and develop new features on demand. Whatever I’ve needed has always been there, or it has been developed over time. Its low-threshold nature ensures that even operators with limited computer skills can effortlessly create and share instructions. What I particularly appreciate is the new AI feature that has been a game-changer. Thanks to this feature, we can easily convert video instructions into written instructions, which saves a huge amount of time and significantly reduces the challenges around standardization. The ability to work with videos instead of photos removes interpretation issues, making the instructions clearer and more unambiguous. They are eager to hear from their customers about what can be improved and certainly respond adequately with the features that keep appearing. If I have to mention something, it would be on the user management side. For larger organizations, more grouping options are needed to keep the user structure clear and to enable efficient control.
