What do you like best about Manual.to?

I greatly appreciate Manual.to for its user-friendly system that makes writing and sharing instructions accessible for all levels within our organization. Its low-threshold nature ensures that even operators with limited computer skills can effortlessly create and share instructions. What I particularly appreciate is the new AI feature that has been a game-changer. Thanks to this feature, we can easily convert video instructions into written instructions, which saves a huge amount of time and significantly reduces the challenges around standardization. The ability to work with videos instead of photos removes interpretation issues, making the instructions clearer and more unambiguous. What do you dislike about Manual.to?

As a critic, I always see many opportunities for improvement, but Manual.to continuously responds to this. They are eager to hear from their customers about what can be improved and certainly respond adequately with the features that keep appearing. If I have to mention something, it would be on the user management side. For larger organizations, more grouping options are needed to keep the user structure clear and to enable efficient control.
