We use Manifestly mainly for recurring HR and admin processes. The template feature saves us time because we don't have to recreate the same checklist every time a new employee joins. I also like task assignments since different departments can see their responsibilities without needing separate follow-up messages. The template system is the feature I use most. It allows us to create a process once and reuse it whenever needed instead of rebuilding the same checklist repeatedly. The Claude and Chat GPT integrations stand out, instead of bolting AI on as a gimmick, Manifestly treats AI agents as legitimate task assignees within a workflow, which fits perfectly into how our team operates. The webhook and API setup was surprisingly straightforward. I had a Zapier-connected workflow running within an hour of signing up. The getting started guides and video walkthroughs made onboarding smooth even without any dedicated support call, I was able to self-serve almost everything through their help documentation. The conditional logic feature means we're not maintaining five slightly different versions of the same process. Performance has been reliable, no lag even when running multiple concurrent workflow instances.
