The ability to create templates of tasks that needs to be executed and then following through with them in an easy to use interface.

It keeps me focused and makes sure I don't forget how to handle recurring tasks - things from monthly and weekly tasks that I need to take and on to things that happen because a client purchased an ebook or enrolled to an online course.
