They're working to enhance the platform, and the issues we had historically are being resolved - this is super valuable. **What do you dislike about Video Insight?** Historically this has been buggy and not quite capable of offering a reliable platform. Using operating systems other than a windows computer would crash the system or erase video. **Recommendations to others considering Video Insight:** A viable solution now and works on windows, mac, iOS, Apple TV, etc.... **What problems is Video Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're getting live and recorded video footage to people at different locations, and we are able to only give what cameras each person needs based on position and location. ### 2. It's easy to add a lens. The codification capacity on the server is not so high as I could have imagined, and the most important aspect is that Panasonic recently bought this software license for the life of the camera, that is, if you purchase Panasonic Advidia (cheaper and better than the axis). **What do you dislike about Video Insight?** The software can be timid, with certain bugs guarding you. (Customer service is nevertheless fantastic). **Recommendations to others considering Video Insight:** Rich and reasonable model characteristics. Comply with all our specifications. **What problems is Video Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software Video Insight has been regularly updated and updated and has had little problems. The applications for iOS and Andriod are a little different and work well. They are supported by 360 ° cameras. ### 3. I like how complicated it can be but at the same time it’s very user friendly. **What do you dislike about Video Insight?** Not much to dislike on this one. There is a lot to the software so there is a lot to learn but it isn’t difficult to learn. **Recommendations to others considering Video Insight:** For controlling cameras and access control you cant beat this software. It is great and if you have issues their support is great as well. **What problems is Video Insight solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to control our cameras with awesome software. With this software we have been able to catch issues and prove what happened on issues we didn’t catch right away.
