Mailtrack is an email tracking tool for Gmail. It has been running since 2013 and has more than 3 million users. It adds double check marks to your Sent folder — one for delivered, two for read — so you know whether the message you just sent has landed, without leaving Gmail or changing how you work. What do you like best about Mailtrack?

Mailtrack shows you when your customers are opening emails so you're never left guessing if they saw it. Keeps us very organized and efficient. Also lets us know when followups might be too much as we were reaching out over and over again and the customer was ignoring the emails. We knew that they opened them!! What do you dislike about Mailtrack?

Sometimes the notifications are a bit much but that's not a real mailtrack issue but more internal. I'd like to see everyone use a tool like this as it eliminates a lot of follow up emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailtrack?

I find it very useful, there's nothing I don't like. Maybe at some point in the pro option they send you too many notifications and it can get a bit overwhelming. But you can enable or disable the notifications. Maybe the annual license price is a bit expensive. Although the application is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
