It adds double check marks to your Sent folder — one for delivered, two for read — so you know whether the message you just sent has landed, without leaving Gmail or changing how you work. What you get - Unlimited read receipts, free, with no send limits - Real-time alerts on desktop, mobile and email the moment a message is opened - Follow-up reminders when an email goes unopened or unanswered - Open and click history with the exact time of each event - Link click tracking, so you know which links caught their interest - Per-recipient tracking on group sends: which specific person opened, not just that someone did - Mail merge campaigns, with every recipient tracked individually Three things that set it apart Mailtrack filters out your own opens. Re-reading a message you sent yourself is never counted as recipient activity — false positives are one of the main reasons teams stop trusting email tracking, and this removes the most common source of them. Emails are sent through your own Gmail account on Google's infrastructure rather than a third-party relay, so your sending reputation and inbox placement are unaffected. Nothing about how your mail is sent changes. On group sends, most trackers report only that "someone" opened the message.
