How much does Mailtrack cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Mailtrack pricing in 2026 starts at $2.99 and can reach $9.99 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Mailsuite's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Mailtrack pricing best suited for?

Mailsuite's pricing is best suited for small business owners, independent sales professionals, and recruiters who rely heavily on Gmail for client outreach. G2 reviewers from small businesses across marketing, real estate, financial services, and staffing industries consistently praise Mailsuite's free tier as sufficient for solo users tracking individual emails. The Advanced plan at $9.99 appeals to small and mid-market teams in consulting, IT, and marketing who need campaign capabilities and group email tracking. G2 reviews suggest enterprise users may find Mailsuite's feature set basic relative to their needs, though several enterprise reviewers in higher education and IT still find value in its simplicity.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Mailtrack?

Mailsuite's free tier offers unlimited email tracking, real-time desktop notifications, email alerts, and daily reports, which G2 reviewers widely praise as sufficient for basic individual use. However, G2 users frequently cite key limitations driving upgrades: the free version appends a visible Mailsuite watermark to outgoing emails, lacks individual recipient tracking in group emails, and excludes scheduled email tracking. Mailsuite's Advanced plan at $9.99 per month removes these restrictions, adding individually tracked group emails, full tracking history, link click tracking, email campaigns up to 60,000 emails per month, unlimited document uploads, e-signatures, and priority support.

Is Mailtrack considered good value for its pricing?

Mailsuite is broadly considered good value, particularly for small businesses and individual sales professionals. G2 reviewers frequently highlight that the free tier delivers substantial utility, with unlimited tracking and real-time notifications satisfying many users entirely. The Advanced plan at $9.99 is described by G2 users as affordable and reasonably priced compared to alternatives like HubSpot. One reviewer noted switching from HubSpot to Mailsuite at a fraction of the cost. However, some G2 reviewers mention the free version's persistent upgrade prompts and watermark as frustrating trade-offs, and a few note that Mailsuite's premium plans feel expensive when scaling across multiple team email addresses.

"Disappointing Experience with Sudden Account Termination"

What do you like best about Mailtrack?

I find Mailsuite's templates easy to use to create an email, and the email design setup was somehow straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailtrack?

I created an email and sent it to only 3,000 out of 24,000 emails. I bought their paid package to send emails, but on my very first email campaign, they terminated my account in less than 24 hours without any prior notification or warning. I've emailed them, but they are not providing any proper information on where I violated their policy. They deducted $180 from my account, and I want a refund because they terminated my paid account within a few hours without prior notification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
