What do you like best about Mailshake?

There's so many email / sales engagment softwares that are really complex but Mailshake really just makes it easy to do outreach. Gone are the hours of manual overload. Set it up and let it cook. Highly recommend ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

What do you dislike about Mailshake?

At the end of the day, although the team is great, the product is what I purchased and it hasn't worked in the week since I bought. The onboarding was educational based, not action driven, so once I tried to activate myself, it didn't work as sold. I asked to have my subscription paused, but they just suggested I cancel and come back once it's fixed. If a user can't use the tool and they paid it should be refunded if I cancel, which I didn't ask to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
