I like that Mailshake keeps things simple. It has all the core functionality needed for cold outreach without unnecessary extras that complicate the process. It’s easy to set up, the automation works well, and it integrates smoothly with email warmup tools. I’ve used other platforms like Lemwarm, and while Mailshake isn’t as feature-heavy as something like Apollo, it focuses on what matters—sending emails efficiently. At the end of the day, although the team is great, the product is what I purchased and it hasn't worked in the week since I bought. The onboarding was educational based, not action driven, so once I tried to activate myself, it didn't work as sold. I asked to have my subscription paused, but they just suggested I cancel and come back once it's fixed.
