That said, the Mahalo team has been receptive to feedback, and we've seen steady improvements with each update. **What problems is Mahalo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to using Mahalo, our team relied heavily on a patchwork of tools such as spreadsheets, email, and manual follow up to collect questionnaires and track participant status. This was not only time consuming and labour intensive, but was also prone to errors and delays. Instead of running scores in batch offline, Mahalo enabled us to obtain results instantly upon completion. Their team successfully translated the algorithm from an old legacy system to their platform while maintaining the accuracy of the scores.
