The software makes it easy to use our data to make the best business decisions for our future. For the first time in our company's history, all of our data is in one place and is reliable. **What do you dislike about Magstar Total Retail?** The reporting is a little challenging to get the hang of when first using. It could be intimidating to some users. **Recommendations to others considering Magstar Total Retail:** The product and service MagStar provides is of the highest quality. Their team of experts made, and continues to make my job easier every day. If you want to partner with a company that cares about your success as much as you do, MagStar is the answer for you. The people we worked with had answers to almost every single question we had (which was A LOT) and when they didn't, they did the work to find us a solution. I couldn't be happier with this product. **What problems is Magstar Total Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?** Total Retail has allowed us to speed up daily tasks that used to take a week into one day. It is also allowing us to have entire control over the Point of Sale experience with standard processes. We are able to use real time sales data to predict for the future instead of only analyzing past data. For us, the next decision isn't a guessing game anymore. ### 2. Very detailed reporting, we like the skip button, inter location transfers, all store access without logging out **What do you dislike about Magstar Total Retail?** Not being connected to the GL account with our company, freezing of the point of sale screens and in the back end freezes at certain points when skip button is used. balancing issues, and float discrepancies **Recommendations to others considering Magstar Total Retail:** Go through everything before you sign.
