It is efficient and covers a broader aspect when it comes to requesting changes/additions to the data. It is a single tool that we are using to request any changes in the master data in our company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The request creation process is quite lengthy and complicated. While you try to check the status of your ticket, it does not allow you to apply the filter on your name/date/category, so you have to find your ticket in all the tickets raised by all the employees in your organization. It is so difficult to find out an old ticket. Which makes it complicated and time-consuming. Also, it takes a lot of time to load a screen.
After submitting a ticket it does not send an email notification, so every time you create a new ticket, noting down the ticket number is important for follow-up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
