**What do you like best about Maextro?**

It is efficient and covers a broader aspect when it comes to requesting changes/additions to the data. It is a single tool that we are using to request any changes in the master data in our company

**What do you dislike about Maextro?**

The request creation process is quite lengthy and complicated. While you try to check the status of your ticket, it does not allow you to apply the filter on your name/date/category, so you have to find your ticket in all the tickets raised by all the employees in your organization. It is so difficult to find out an old ticket. Which makes it complicated and time-consuming. Also, it takes a lot of time to load a screen.
After submitting a ticket it does not send an email notification, so every time you create a new ticket, noting down the ticket number is important for follow-up

**What problems is Maextro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we use to have multiple tools for requesting changes in the master data, depending on the data type, but since the company is implementing Maextro. This solution has replaced all other tools. It is good to have all the requests/tickets under 1 platform which makes it easy to handle and followup for the same
