This interactive platform allows for manual updates and changes, particularly when there's a need to manually upload or adjust things due to synchronization issues, such as with MLS. This ability to make instant changes is a massive factor for us, as it allows for more efficient management without dependency on third-party support, especially in urgent situations. The user-friendly interface is also a delight; it's straightforward with a plug-and-play design that simplifies navigation and operation for me and my team. Furthermore, I am thoroughly impressed with Luxury Presence's support staff, who are incredibly helpful and prompt in resolving any issues we encounter, which enhances the overall experience with their consistent communication. These features not only save time and increase efficiency but also empower us to handle any crisis swiftly, making the platform extremely valuable for our real estate business. I find some of the formatting and element options in Luxury Presence limiting, particularly with padding and spacing. The system doesn't offer a lot of customization in these areas, which can be frustrating. Additionally, when uploading photos, the platform doesn't alert me about incorrect dimensions or sizes. As a result, photos sometimes appear skewed, small, or not aligned properly, which requires additional effort to correct. It would be helpful if the system provided prompts for necessary adjustments when images don't match the preferred dimensions.
