For instance, it would be much more helpful if text notifications showed the lead’s contact information along with their inquiry or the relevant property details right in the message. Our CSM, Nicole, has gone above and beyond by providing support, and anytime I’ve reached out for help with website design, the support team has responded quickly. Overall, my personal favorite feature has been the locally generated AI blogs. They’re well written and have brought a lot of traffic to our team’s website. **What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?** The only thing I’ve noticed so far that I’m not a fan of is the presentations feature. Since it offers a way to turn things into a CMA of sorts, I wanted to create a presentation for a listing for my boss. Unfortunately, I found it difficult to use, and it’s much easier to use Lone Wolf CMA on HAR to generate a PDF. If it could do something more like that, I would definitely use the presentations, because I really like the design aspect and the overall simplicity. Oh, and for some reason, one of our old agent's listings keep showing up on our website and we can't figure out how to get him off even though we removed him from our website so that has been confusing. **What problems is Luxury Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** The website was more at the front of mind beforehand as we had to remember each week to update it or add listings. With Luxury Presence we are able to keep doing what we need to do and know that everything is being pulled and updated. She does a good job keeping us on track with deadlines, new ideas and new offerings from Luxury Presence. I also love the support chat - they've helped me many times with technical issues that were not immediately obvious to me, like parameters for uploading hero videos, changing headers and graphics, etc. Really great people! **What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?** Dislike is a strong word - I wouldn't exactly say that. I do wish the blog posts were a little less generic and posted at more regular times. It seems so automated that it's done before we know it. We are also at a moment at time with our branding and value proposition that I think we'd rather use our blog to press forward on that versus random SEO stuff. **What problems is Luxury Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** Represents our business beautifully online. When we’re working with a buyer and send them our website, they’re immediately impressed, which is especially important when someone is new. This interactive platform allows for manual updates and changes, particularly when there's a need to manually upload or adjust things due to synchronization issues, such as with MLS. This ability to make instant changes is a massive factor for us, as it allows for more efficient management without dependency on third-party support, especially in urgent situations. The user-friendly interface is also a delight; it's straightforward with a plug-and-play design that simplifies navigation and operation for me and my team. Furthermore, I am thoroughly impressed with Luxury Presence's support staff, who are incredibly helpful and prompt in resolving any issues we encounter, which enhances the overall experience with their consistent communication. These features not only save time and increase efficiency but also empower us to handle any crisis swiftly, making the platform extremely valuable for our real estate business. Additionally, the quality of continuous updates, the informative webinars, and the excellent resource tools provided by Luxury Presence ensure that we always stay informed and that the product remains top-notch. I find the quality of what we get for the price to be very reasonable, making it a worthwhile investment that I've already recommended to over 10 agents for their personal websites. **What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?** I find some of the formatting and element options in Luxury Presence limiting, particularly with padding and spacing. The system doesn't offer a lot of customization in these areas, which can be frustrating. Additionally, when uploading photos, the platform doesn't alert me about incorrect dimensions or sizes. As a result, photos sometimes appear skewed, small, or not aligned properly, which requires additional effort to correct. It would be helpful if the system provided prompts for necessary adjustments when images don't match the preferred dimensions. This lack of alerts and customization capabilities makes managing backend tasks more cumbersome and can lead to a heightened level of frustration. **What problems is Luxury Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Luxury Presence to enhance our website's SEO and streamline updates, saving time and improving efficiency.
