It is simple and not overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Lumin Sign?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike. I also use PandDoc and have been quite impressed with Lumin Sign.

**What problems is Lumin Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a out of box solution to collect signatures from suppliers and customers.

**What do you like best about Lumin Sign?**

I love that Luminsign shows me these categories: need to sign, waiting for approval, approved, and rejected. It's nice to see that on the home dashboard and know exactly what files I'm waiting on.

**What do you dislike about Lumin Sign?**

It's a little expensive since I don't have a lot of documents that need to be signed regularly, but it is still SO convenient when I do have them.

**What problems is Lumin Sign solving and how is that benefiting you?**
