**What do you like best about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

I really enjoy the long distance feature where I can do Voice over IP for meeting calls.

**What do you dislike about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

I really would like to see more CCP plans for non- predefined minutes nationally. Because some times I ran out of minutes to use.

**What problems is Lumen Cloud Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to mainly manage call logs

**What do you like best about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

Multiple Lines available on phone that can be transferred interoffice even though offices are in different part of the State. 

**What do you dislike about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

The phone and internet requirements do not always line up resulting in dropped calls at time and interference. 

**Recommendations to others considering Lumen Cloud Voice:**

The interoffice transfer is great when it is at the same location.

Having Century Link and internet cooperate. Trying to decide to keep VOiP with just same locale transfer

Vpice completes telephone number feature call provides virtual local presence. 

**What do you dislike about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

Untill now i haven't noticed any bug. I am satisfied with the software and its function until now.

Voice complete helps me manage voice qualoty through unzipped rules and alloes them to transport voice as it is.

**What do you like best about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

The way Level3 delivers an array of local, inbound, outbound, and international calling services using either SIP technology. We have been using for almost years now. 

**What do you dislike about Lumen Cloud Voice?**

More maintenance outages on SIP side. We had total of 4 outages in 1 year. But the quality of services and support are just awesome.

**What problems is Lumen Cloud Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is webinar based, so using this services has a great advantages. Best SIP services in today's market
