**What do you like best about Bilr?**

We were previously managing legal billing manually, which often caused delays and missed billable hours. Bilr streamlined our billing workflow and improved invoice accuracy significantly. The Tally integration and customizable reports are especially useful for our finance team.

**What do you dislike about Bilr?**

Some advanced customization features take a little time to fully understand initially, but the support team was helpful during onboarding and setup. and their mobile app is still not live, but i think it is launching soon.

**What problems is Bilr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Bilr, we managed legal billing and time tracking manually, which often led to delayed invoices, missed billable hours, and reporting inefficiencies. Bilr helped us streamline billing, organize time recording, and improve visibility into receivables and payments. Features like customizable reports and accounting integrations reduced manual work and made our billing workflow more accurate and efficient.
