**What do you like best about Loyaly?**

By utilizing Loyaly we were about to reduce churn by keeping existing customers happy with rewards. We also we able to reduce marketing costs by allowing current customers to become brand ambassadors and refer friends and family to our product.

**What do you dislike about Loyaly?**

This is less about Loyaly and more about general drawbacks of loyalty programs; but it can be hard to gauge in the beginning the true cost of operating a loyalty/referall program if you don't sit down and thoroughly plan this BEFORE you start.

**What problems is Loyaly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better customer feedback loops, more referral business, and increased our LTV.
