We engaged All Digital Rewards (ADR) for employee reconition, sales incentives and our earn to learn program. Intergation was very easy and they had different ways to integrate. We used their API connection (very well documented) to connect with our earn to learn program to give gift cards to participants in our compliance and prepaid training. We use file upload for our employee recognition where we give employees points and they can use those points to buy store gift cards, visa gift cards, and play instant win games to win a larger gift card. We have a few products in the points marketplace and Paypal. They have sweepstakes but we are not using that. Oh yea , the file up load is great because if we come up with a new idea for incentivising we just need to collect names on the list and send it to them and they send out additonal points or a visa card. Super helpful since we don't have a lot of IT resources. We can also use the file upload to incentivize prospects for talking to us. They are rolling out a zapier connection and I'm psyched about that because we can just tag a prospect in our CRM and they will send an incentive to us. Customer service is great for me because I can just call my account manager and they are eager to help out. When I got my birthday reward last yea r I tried out their customer service and I was talking to someone (sounded like in the US) within like 10 seconds. Oh yeah, once I pick a gift card out of the market place, I can log back in and get access to that gift card at any time. Other systems only send you an email and if you loose that email you are out of luck. Overall great experience and would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The portal to acivate the Visa card is different from their gift card portal (although I can still get and print my visa card from the gift card portal). It would be nice to have those two combined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
