It’s just really easy to use, both on our side and for customers. We run it across multiple stores and it’s been straightforward to set up and manage, which makes a big difference day-to-day. The Klaviyo integration is a big win for us as well. Being able to send out points balance emails and nudge people to redeem has worked really well. It’s also great during promo periods, as running double or triple points campaigns is simple but genuinely effective. Overall, it does what you need it to without being complicated.
