What I like most about LoyaltyLion is how easy it is to build an engaging loyalty programme that goes beyond just rewarding purchases. The platform offers great flexibility to incentivise different customer behaviours, drive retention and create a stronger connection with our customers. I'd love to see more options for customers to earn points through social media engagement, such as sharing photos or videos featuring our products, tagging our brand, or creating user-generated content. We’ve been with LoyaltyLion for a long time and have always been very happy with both the platform and the service. The support team is quick and helpful, and our account contacts are always friendly and easy to work with. We would appreciate more flexibility in the loyalty model. Currently, the focus is mainly on points, whereas some other platforms also offer credits. It would be great to have the option to choose between these models depending on our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Aside of the ease of use for us and our customers, the innovations that they regularly share is crazy! They're always developing something new and it keeps it exciting for us to use! But most importantly my account manager Adam Driscoll and Reya El Thaalabi, are incredible. I love how the platform works and is really user-friendly when it comes to setting up and running promotions. We saw huge success with a recent double points campaign and have continued to see growth in sign-ups to our rewards programme. One thing I would love to see is the option to run the program based on store credit or currency value instead of a points-based system. Loyalty lion makes it really easy for us to reward our customers through purchasing with us and encouraging them to come back by awarding points. Laura & Adam have helped us to set up all our email flows and get our landing page designed by the Loyalty Lion team, as well as optimise our programme further to continue to encourage customer engagement. My only complaint is that their out-of-the-box loyalty page isn’t very customizable. Their team is willing to build custom designs, but that comes with additional fees. I just wish the out-of-the-box layout felt more upgraded and flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From what I have used of LoyaltyLion, the overall system and service provided is the best we have experienced as a company. The smoothness of the integration with Shopify and the way the system manages the rewards points by calculating how much a customer spends with us is fast and seamless. The fact that it now processes refunds of points back to customers who may return orders makes it especially standout. I like how straightforward the layout of the site is and the dashboard layout on each customer is easy to navigate and locate how many points someone may have. I think our business is overall very happy with the performance and the price we are paying for this facility as it has been amazing all the way through using. The only thing about LoyaltyLion that I think could be improved to make the overall experience for us better is the help centre and the ability to edit the on-site components. We recently tried to add onto each product on our site the amount of points that the customer would receive from purchasing the item. This proved to be quite a challenge for us, as there wasn't really a straightforward way to see how to do this or have a guided step-by-step that was suitable for our system. Not having anyone to chat with in real time also was slightly challenging for us and I believe LoyaltyLion could maybe provide this, as it would have been a much faster process for us to get this done if this was provided. The editing feature for the on-site components is also quite difficult to navigate in my opinion, and could maybe benefit from being laid out slightly more straight-forward for users as I would be more inclined to use this feature more often if this was the case.
