I liked how responsive the founder of Lookfor was in setting up my account and in helping me with my support issues. I'm really happy with how quickly problems are solved, especially when it comes to typical support emails. The initial setup was quick and easy, and I'm able to get tickets completed very quickly. What do you like best about lookfor?

Since I started with Lookfor, after deciding to move from another platform, I have not looked back. The team are super responsive. Their aim is to create the best chat bot out there. It engages my customers and saves me so much time as it can answer more quickly and with better info that I could myself. The team are always reaching out with great ideas and what is happening and have asked me what I want their software to do. What do you dislike about lookfor?

There is nothing negative. Given the way they have built this system, allowing the AI to learn all your product range, your ability to upload various information to give it more to work from and the ability to set product information and quizzes to ensure a first class experience. As mentioned earlier the team are so supportive and wanting to build the functionality that we want, so we have to wait a little longer to have the best system to make my dreams a reality. I have tested several "AI sales assistant apps" but none have met my requirements like lookfor. The ability to understand our industry and the customer much better compared to other options, and the team behind lookfor is super responsive to feedback. I want to implement lookfor in several creative and smart ways, but since it is a startup and small agile team, I have to be patient before I can make all my dreams come true.
