**What do you like best about lookfor?**

Lookfor has been a game-changer for NATPAT, turning our chaotic peak-season support (500+ daily queries across time zones) into a seamless, empathetic experience. The AI's multi-agent system resolves 91% of tickets automatically with genuine warmth—mimicking our brand's caring voice so well that customers rave about it in over 100 new reviews. Dropping response times from 8 hours to just 3 minutes has rebuilt trust and freed our lean team (from 8 to 3 people) to focus on innovation, not firefighting. It's not just efficient; it's emotionally intelligent support that feels human, helping us scale globally without losing our personal touch.

**What do you dislike about lookfor?**

Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. It’s exceeded my expectations across the board. If I had to nitpick, I’d say I know more customer communications endpoints are already being built, and I just wish they were live already.

Lookfor is helping us tackle our biggest scaling hurdles at NATPAT: a surge in customer support volume (up to 500+ queries a day during launches and holidays) and the ongoing challenge of maintaining our warm, empathetic brand voice across global time zones with a very small team. **What do you like best about lookfor?**

I liked how responsive the founder of Lookfor was in setting up my account and in helping me with my support issues. I'm really happy with how quickly problems are solved, especially when it comes to typical support emails. The initial setup was quick and easy, and I'm able to get tickets completed very quickly.

the login can be buggy with 404 errors

I use Lookfor for customer service, enhancing customer experience and quickly completing tickets, unlike Gorgeous which was slow and expensive.

**What do you like best about lookfor?**

Since I started with Lookfor, after deciding to move from another platform, I have not looked back.  The team are super responsive.  Their aim is to create the best chat bot out there.  It engages my customers and saves me so much time as it can answer more quickly and with better info that I could myself.  The team are always reaching out with great ideas and what is happening and have asked me what I want their software to do.  It is a new venture so patience is required but I genuinely believe this is going to revolutionise my store and my customers journey.

**What do you dislike about lookfor?**

There is nothing negative.  Given the way they have built this system, allowing the AI to learn all your product range, your ability to upload various information to give it more to work from and the ability to set product information and quizzes to ensure a first class experience.  As mentioned earlier the team are so supportive and wanting to build the functionality that we want, so we have to wait a little longer to have the best system to make my dreams a reality.  Love the approach and the team.

Lookfor is providing a customer chatbot that will provide guidance, product information and sales assistance to my customers.  On top it will email me with any interactions that require my input or where the customer wants to speak to a human.

**What do you like best about lookfor?**

I have tested several "AI sales assistant apps" but none have met my requirements like lookfor. The ability to understand our industry and the customer much better compared to other options, and the team behind lookfor is super responsive to feedback. I can highly recommend the app.

**What do you dislike about lookfor?**

I want to implement lookfor in several creative and smart ways, but since it is a startup and small agile team, I have to be patient before I can make all my dreams come true. Nothing that affects me heavily but something to mention if I had to say something negative.

There’s honestly not much to dislike. Occasionally, it takes a little time to get used to all the features, but once you’re familiar with it, it’s smooth sailing.
