What I really like about Logitude is that it brings everything we need into one platform, quotes, bookings, shipments, docs, invoices,all in one place. It’s made specifically for freight forwarders, so it fits our workflow quite well. It’s also pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it, and new team members can pick it up quickly. What do you dislike about Logitude?

I have identified a couple of concerns that could enhance the user experience. There is a noticeable redundancy in certain data fields, often requiring users to input the same information multiple times across different sections. More importantly, the system frequently exhibits unacceptable delays in data processing and updates following a save action or tab navigation. we started to use the customer portal with a few customer testers.

We would like to have the possibility tocustomize all categories and filters to allow our clinet a better experience as the translation is not perfect. the research sections (both) are limited to a few fields and for example our field "project #" our "search by AWB do not exist yet. I would only make for enphasis on the Accounting Part, since Logistics is all about the Profit. We need debit notes. In the Splits shipments - The final profit is not shown, we have shipments with negative profit. We need to have WIP and Accurrals.
